About

We are a very busy family with two children, myself being a company director and my wife a headteacher. We love Dalyan, the villas and the local people. Dalyan is our ideal holiday retreat and we could talk all day about the great times we have had there!

We have just returned from a10 night stay in this beautiful villa,a family holiday with three generations. The villa was comfortable and well equipped right down to the all important gin measure! The garden and pool area was first class and well used by all of us.The Turkish kosk was lovely for respite from the sun and the barbecue delivered some great cooked meat purchased at the local butchers. We didn't have small children with us but if we had they would have been disappointed not to find a tree house as advertised. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We have just returned from an amazing week in villa Palmyie. This place is absolutley beautiful and had everything you need for your holiday. My parents stayed in the sister villa Palmtree for 3 days before they came to this villa to stay with us. This was pre arranged but at short notice and Paul who is the owner was more than helpful. The villa Palmtree is a short distance away maybe 5 mins walk and is also absolutley beautiful. Between ourselves and my parents this is our 7th visit to Turkey and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in with the best location. There is a huge living dining area with a huge table and 8 chairs. A dishwasher and plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. There are loads of bath towels and beach towels there for your use as well. The bedrooms are massive one downstairs and 3 upstairs all with ensuite and the beds are huge...super king size. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms also have an adjoining balcony. There is also a washroom which has a washing machine which means you dont need to take your dirty clothes home., and iron and ironing board. The villa is situated in a quite location however is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and shops, or if you prefer a taxi to take you there and back its only 10 lira equal to around £3 The pool is a great size with a separate out door jacuzzi, and BBQ. We managed to do a bit of exploring by using the bikes at the villa. There is a childrens playpark and trampolines 2 mins walk just over the other side of the villa which my 7 year old daughter made good use of. The children can use the playpark for free but the trampolines are 2 lira for 10 mins use. We did 2 boat trips in the week we were away which i would suggest is a must. Also the market on a Saturday in the square is a great place to visit but dont accept the first price they quote you for anything. Good places to eat/drink are Mustang bar, Whitehouse restaurant, Viva bar, China Town restaurant,Ottoman restaurant/bar. China Town also deliver indian/chinese to the villa. The locals cant do enough for you when you visit a shop or restaurant and are particularly good with the children. We are already looking at dates to book this villa again for next year and have already recommended it to friends. If you are looking for a villa equiped with everything then this is the one. Wish we were still there. Thank you so much Paul and Sue for your kindness. We will definately be back.

We stayed at the Villa in October, 2012 and had a fantastic time. The villa was stunning, spacious and very well equiped. The pool was fantastic and we would definitely recommend using the outdoor eating area. The location was excellent just a short walk to the many restaurants, bars and shops. The local people were all very friendly and we will definitely be returning again. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and Dalyan is a beautiful place with a lovely setting.

Palm Tree Villa was lovely and Dalyan is a great place to relax and meet the very friendly locals. Going away with 4 small children can be a difficult thing to do, but Palm Tree Villa has so much to offer. The seated area at the bottom of the garden was a great place to relax out of the sun. The only thing I would change is for the pool to have a shallow end. Not a problem for the other people in our party but I could not touch the bottom which makes it difficult with little ones jumping in. But this problem was made easier buy all the great floats available. Thank you. P.S. Ive already recommended Palm Tree Villa to a friend.

Comfortably decorated and well maintained, spacious villa, with beautiful pool and gardens.Great location to Dalyan centre, river, and well serviced by Oruc. The only downside was that we only saw the cleaners on our arrival day,on our departure day,and one other day.It is my oppinion that sheets and towels need to be changed maybe twice during a two week stay. There was also a lack of basic cooking items.Although there was plenty of saucepans, there was no wooden spoons, only one ovenproof dish, and no whisk.(A small criticism really)

Stayed here with family during the first two weeks in July 2012. The villa has everything you could possibly need on holiday and theres loads of space so nobody gets under anyones feet. Its very well equipped from small kitchen items to a large fridge/freezer. The beds are very comfy which is a treat on holiday, not the usual lumpy pillows you get in hotels. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and the pool is a good size and an absolute necessity in the July temperatures of the mid 40s. The cockerel next door isnt always entertaining at 3 in the morning but the owner made up for this by handing us fresh eggs over the wall - lovely lovely people. Please note the wasps round the pool are NOT wasps, they just look like them, they are in fact honey bees so please dont kill them ! I have nothing negative to say about this villa and if youre hesitating then dont, its fabulous and Dalyan is a great little town with plenty of shops and loads of good restaurants.

This property exceeded our expectations. Its the first time we booked a villa (my wife and three children, 8,5,3) and it was needless to say one of the best experiences we have ever had. the location was perfect right next to the town, the facilities at the villa vere fantastic and it had everything that a home could need. I will most definetley be coming back here again we are already planning between us when we can come back! my kids would not come out of the pool!! the weather was great we went in june of this year. i can only thank paul and sue for offering such a wonderful experience. Thanks guys and we will look forward to speaking with you again,

We could not have asked for more, the villa is beautiful, well equipped, very clean and comfortable Thanks for a grat holiday. Dalyan has everything you could possibly want with a great choice of restuarants and bars. The Villa is ideally situated with an easy 5 min walk into town, but far enough to be very quiet and peacefully on those days lazing around the pool! There were 7 of us staying (17th Sept - 2nd Oct 2011) and we all want to return - that has never happened before,, we never go back to the same place twice so that tells you how good this place really is.

We stayed here for two weeks during May 2011 with our son who had just turned one. Fantastic holiday had by all of us. Brilliant location overlooking the rock tombs and only a couple of minutes walk from the closest restaurants. The whole villa was spotless. For anybody with a family you cant go wrong, well kitted out kitchen, highchairs, cots, washing machine etc. Plenty of books and board games to enjoy out on the fabulous balcony if the little ones have to be in bed early. Really cant recommend enough it really is a home from home - will definitely be returning.
