This villa was excellent with great pool / spa and heated as requested for early morning and late evening swimming. However was a little short of towels and crockery if it was at full occupancy (there was only 4 of us). Never the less this was a nice property.

We loved our Orlando vacation this year. The house was perfect for our family get-away. The rooms are spacious, tastfully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs. The kids loved the pool, X-box and game room. I can highly recommend this house, it was like a second home.  One small draw back is that the next grocery store is a little far away but everything else was great.

This property couldn't have been more perfect for us. I traveled as a single mom..taking my 3 children and three of their friends with us..all teenagers. They have already asked if we can get the same house again next time. The owner has been incredible to work with. I have already passed the contact information onto several friends who were immediately interested in also renting when I showed them our vacation pics. I could not have been more satisfied with our choice.

This house was in a beautiful neighborhood in a great location to get to all of the many attractions in Orlando.  It had all we could ask for in cleanliness, kitchen supplies, and towels, as well as a gorgeous swimming area with extra seating.  The porch light was burned out and I called and left a message with the management company and sometime within the following 2 hours it was replaced!  Now that's quick service!
I appreciated the fact that we didn't have to come back to a dark entrance that night.  

We loved everything about the house and neighborhood and will defintely return upon our next visit to Orlando!

The only issue we had was the pool was not properly set up and it was until the last day there that it was actually at the temperature that was adequate.  
A lot of money for virtually no time to swim in it due to being too cold.

We thought we would like to let you know about our stay in your villa. WOW!! What a place! It was a very quiet and peaceful location &#045 all we ever heard were the crickets and woodpeckers in the surrounding trees. The villa itself was even better than it looked in the pictures on your web&#045site. All the rooms were to a very high standard and there were lots of unexpected extras e.g. hair straighteners &#040 which delighted our 12year old granddaughter&#041, a bedroom stuffed full of cuddly toys &#040which thrilled her little sister&#041, and a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen &#040which included essentials like bread, milk, tea,coffee...and wine!&#041 There was also a good supply of paperbacks, CDs and videos.What a lovely touch. We had 2 minor problems with doors &#045 which were both attended to immediately. Although Granny &#038 Grandpa intended this to be a one&#045off holiday, we are already planning to return when the family go back in 4years time!
