Villa Sarmuci, Pine tree and Sea View. 
The house provides indeed great views, is located in a quiet area and fully equiped. 
The large rooms/interior are friendly &amp; sober but very functional and the owner Mr Sottile goes out of its way to make you feel at home. 
The house is 5 min. away from several great small clean beaches and a supermarket and in easy reach of highways to the larger towns and cities. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Hello Ignazio First of all may I say what a wonderful time my family and I had at the villa Sarmuci that we rented from you at Scopello this last week, it truly is a lovely location. I would also wish to thank Stephanie, who looked after my soon and daughter while we where around. The owner could not have been more helpful . Their friendly manner in answering our questions was laudable . Our stay was to be three weeks, so we were concerned about our choice of accommodation . The villa located at Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo exceeded our expectations . The property is located in a very beautiful site overlooking the Mediteranean Sea . The views of the coast and of the mountain were truly marvellous . We especially enjoyed the spectacular sunsets each evening from our terrace. Ignazio, the owner, was very courteous and the villa was kept very clean. We also had a great experience taking classes in Sicilian food, he take us to visit the cave, and we had a nice boat trip along the coast. Ignazio were outstanding and we are returning next year. Ignazio, whom we considered friends by now, arranged a visit to Segesta, Erice which we thoroughly enjoyed. We can recommend this Villa for a very special vacation . Casa La Terrazza is in a great location with amazing views of the country side close to the cost of Scopello. It is a very homely and comfortable villa and ideal for a group of friends or large family who enjoy relaxing, cooking and dining together. The inside and outside spaces are varied and spacious and the barbecue area was especially good fun. It was comfortable and clean. The owners were very nice and helpfull.
