Good clean and comfortable budget accommodation,  bigger than expected, and lovely helpful host. Good for a quiet relaxing stay. Frascati was very nice and the porcetta was amazing! It was a little bit far out of Rome for us as I found driving quite exhausting and didn't manage to work out the local bus,  but it was a good experience overall for our first visit to Italy.

this property more than met our needs as young backpackers - a bit off the beaten track but close to Frascati, it was easy to get around in a rental car. 

do be aware that the owner has limited english and so it is best to take a good phrasebook with you. 

the property is a good size for 2 people, but can be a bit cramped with four, especially over a long period. we also found that the shower could not cope with four people every day - not the best situation in hot weather!

however, we found the owners very helpful and friendly, and the environment comfortable and accomodating.

we had another reservation in another apartment, in Rome, but just before arriving there had canceled the reservation!
we found this accommodation through i-phone we were with 2 children and we were very tired and chilled.
We have to find the house warm with the fireplace with fire, and very clean:  the owners were very kind with us.
We liked the very good tea and desserts that the owner brought us.
Next  summer, we will come back  in this  nice house.
