This is the 2nd time staying at Patara Prince in Kalkan - though in a different apartment (we love Kalkan). This apartment totally suited our needs, great location for shop and getting into town, to get down to the sea/pools there is a very convenient shuttle bus - so we were zipping up and down the complex often. The kitchen facilities were basic but perfect for cooking light meals, the aircon was a godsend (end of July - very hot) and the living area was comfortable. If you have mobility issues, you should try and stay nearer the sea (the whole complex is built in a mountain side) as there are a few steps (even from the bus to the apartment) -  We had a great stay, Graham was fantastic with information and sorting out any little niggles we had. We'd definitely book this apartment again!

The appartment was somewhat smaller than i was able to imagine from the pictures/description since we were 5 persons and a little worn down. But since most of the time was spent outside it wasn´t a problem. The Patara Prince Resort was amazing with its location, view and pool/sea-swimming facilities. The city Kalkan was also quiet and nice. Definitely a place i would recommend.
Getting there requires attention if you arrive by night...

Was in a lovely location with good views of the sea, although it was at the top of the resort it was still a lovely place to be.  The apartment is fine, but the shower could be a little bit bigger but overall a great place to stay - we would defintely go back

The apartment was everthing we thought it would be with access to a few little extras which made it very practical and homely. The communications have been great throughout. The resort is amazingly beautiful, friendly and exceptional value. Our only recommendation would be to note in the directions from the airport that the right turn marked Fethiye is 10km from the airport! We were not alone in thinking wed missed it and turned back too early! Also, we were not impressed with Erboy car rental and would only hire locally for occasional days in future.

The villa was very good and we enjoyed our stay there, nice and spacious and there was a nice view from the balcony.

Although the villa is at the top of the resort this caused no problems as there was a regular bus service and we liked it up there as there is a nice pool nearby.

The resort itself is briliant nice pools, restaurants and bars and best of all private platforms for sunbathing so you can jump into the sea.

Another big advantage of staying at the villa is the 25% discount from the bar and restaurant bills, which you can sign for during the day and then pay fully at the end - very convenient.

Overall, very good and we loved our time there.

Our first trip to Kalkan but definitely not our last. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including tea,milk water and biscuits on arrival. The views are spectacular throughout the resort. Being at the top of the resort we felt was a bonus as we were close to the small supermarket avoiding carying water etc in the heat.  The infinity pool is also close by with an amazing view over the bay - and never busy.  All three pools were lovely and without the usual loud repetitive music found in other Turkish resort. All in all excellent value for money and a beautiful resort. Our most relaxing holiday in years

It is wonderful, we&#039ve really enjoyed our stay here. Visited many places and eaten excellent food. The people are friendly and welcoming and the scenery is stunning. We have had a lovely 2 weeks here and visited some wonderful places, Sunken City, Tlos, Saklikent Gorge. We particulary enjoyed the top pool here as it was never busy. Great first thing in the morning. There is so much to do and so many lovely places to eat but enjoy it – we certainly have. Had lovely lazy week in Kalkan. I’ve been coming to Turkey for about 15 years so didn’t feel too guilty about not venturing out too much to explore. I preferred the buffets, the Sicilian buffet was particularly good. I loved all 3 pools and there was always a free sunbed. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel the least bit intimidated being a woman on my own. I love the apartment and everything in it and can’t wait to come back again. We have had a wonderful lazy week. The apartment is great, we have been very comfortable and feel quite privileged to have been able to stay here. The people &#040Turkish&#041 have been so kind,helpful, courteous and we have met some really good companions. We can’t wait to comke back to Kalkan. Could go on forever, but one of the best holidays we have ever had. Our holiday over – oh what a crime. With the sunshine, the sea and of course Kalkan to dine. Well what can we say, we have had a lovely week, when we have been able to tear ourselves away from the peaceful balcony with the amazing views we have made it down to the beach platforms. These are great as they are very private and some give you direct access into the sea. We have been coming to Turkey for about six years and have found the apartment and Kalkan to be just perfect, having everything on our doorstep, the views, the good restaurants and Kalkan oozing with Turkish charm it has been brilliant. We can only echo the words of previous guests in praising this apartment, Patara Prince and Kalkan. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. My holiday is over and all I can say this is my first visit to Turkey but I hope not my last. The setting of the apartment is so beautiful and the views to die for. I found everybody in Kalkan so friendly and the Restaurants brilliant. One week is not long enough to explore this beautiful part of the world. We spent most of our days lounging around the top pool. The weather was very hot and there is a nice breeze at the the pool. We would definitely consider coming again as the Turkish people are very welcoming. Thank you both for allowing us to to enjoy your fabulous apartment. This is our first visit to Turkey, don’t know why we have waited so long. Kalkan is beautiful, the Turkish people are so friendly. The apartment is lovely, spectacular view and quiet. Perfect for a restful holiday. ‘Kalkan is a gem of a place, something to keep quiet about’. It was still off season when we arrived, so much of the ‘offers and delights’ were out of the question due to being closed. However these will be sought after on our return. Yes we will return. The apartment is ideal, well placed and good view across the bay. The weather was a bit hit and miss, but that wasn’t a deterrent. A thoroughly heartwarming experience one to be repeated. I’ll be careful who I recommend it to though,l need to keep a booking space available for our return trip. First time in Kalkan and we fell in love with it. The grounds and pools fantastic.
