We had a fantastic holiday at this apartment. The roof terrace is fabulous. The views of the salt lake are unbelievable! It is so peaceful and yet lots of local entertainment on the doorstep if you want it. The owner was extremely helpful and the commication was excellent. We would love to return to this little peice of paradise in the sun.

I have now stayed at this property twice and would happily stay here again for my visits. The property is s nice spacious clean 2 bedroom apartment , it comes with everything you could need and communication with Dave was fast and easy , I highly recommend this apartment the area is lovely with a lovely view. Neighbour's are all friendly and the pool is a few steps down the road. 10/10 each and every time.

The apartment was just perfect. Perfect size, fabulous quiet location. Communal swimmimg pool was really good. Communication with owner was 10/10. Welcome food / drink pack was a real bonus. Roof terrace awesome. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money. We will no doubt return.

We have lived in Torrevieja and return as a holiday to visit family and friends. This is a great apartment, the welcome pack was amazing as we got there in the middle of the night. So we was extremely grateful for that. I did top it up when we left. The place is clean and has everything you need. Theres a pool which is great for the kids and lots of info in the apartment to help those who do not know the area. Well enjoyed and would defo recommend, we will be back. Communication is impeccable with the owners who cannot help enough. Thank you for sharing your holiday home we had a fab time.

Excellent stay at mirador, I live in spain and have rented for my family's visits before, this was the best yet, apartment had everything needed, excellent pool giving the the most perfect holiday experience, welcome pack was a lovely touch, will definitely rebook this place for any family visiting.

The apartment was exactly as listed. Air con worked really well and the fans in the bedrooms were a good speed and were very efficient. Dave and Connie couldn't have been more helpful with the arrival package and kept us updated through the whole process. The panoramic views from the roof top solarium are to die for 360 degrees uninterrupted. You are only 200 metres from the very well maintained communal pool and a five minute walk from the local pubs, restaurants and supermarket. San Luis itself is ideally situated for easy access to Torrevieja and the surrounding towns. Guards are beach is only a short drive away and is delightful. All in all, the perfect apartment in the perfect location.

We know the area well as my sister lives nearby so we were looking for somewhere close and convenient, The flat was great from our perspective, really loved the view from the balcony and the cool breeze in the mornings. Very quiet area and within easy reach of local facilities, Had everything we needed pretty much and will definitely use it again.

Everything was as described l loved the property you really feel at home because owners are caring about everything exp hot water use and welcome pack the beds are comfortable the is very nice terrace and privacy is protected thank you David you are really kind.

Very good communication by owner before we travelled . Accurate description of apartment and area . Good views from balcony and roof terrace of salt lakes . Apartment basic but had everything we needed . Pool only a short walk away . Pool didnt get busy but some of the behaviour of users had no consideration of others. I feel a pool guard would have been useful . Its a bus ride into torrevieja and takes about 30 mins . A car would be useful to explore the area . There is a bowling club with pool 5 mins away where you can access wifi and get good food . The local mercandona is about 10 mins walk away and stocks everything you need. The square with places to eat and a few shops is also about a 10 mins walk . The cost of the apartment is good value compared to others in the area . Especally as there is NO extra cleaning charge . The FREE welcome package was a nice touch as we arrived in the evening . Would reecommend to others !
