JULIA

We had a lovely week at Julia's place end of June / beginning July 2017. Julia loves her apartment and you sense this the moment you arrive. It is charming, bright and homely with lots of interesting pictures and books adorning the walls and shelves. The bathroom is full of light, the bedrooms were a good size for our family, and the air/con was a great addition. We found the apartment very peaceful despite over looking a street. Sun worshipers take note! - The highlight for us was the large open terrace which is adjacent to the double bedroom  [there is also a decent sized balcony adjacent to the sitting room] where you can enjoy sunshine for most of the day. We sat on the terrace most evenings and had our tea as we watched the sun go down. Aim to come back in 2018 - Thanks Julia!

We very much enjoyed this apt. - very well equipped and it was great to have the array of books,cds etc. The owner went to a lot of trouble to assemble information on the area. Air-conditioning was needed (August) and we were delighted it had been recently installed - but there was also a lovely sea-breeze and both balconies were great - There were not many non-Spanish in the area but if anything we saw this as a bonus. The nearby beaches are fantastic and local restaurants were more than adequate and reasonable. The short ferry trip from Ayamonte to Portugal gave us a nice day out.

We found the property exactly as we expected. There was every thing there we could need for our holiday. It was very well equipped, clean and tidy. we would not hesitate to use the apartment again and recommend it to family and friends.
