We were very pleased with the property.  It is spacious, clean, well equipped and very secure, being within gated access.  More photos would do the accommodation justice, hence a 4/5 for advert accuracy! The aircon is very good and the wi-fi connection is faultless.  There is a communal pool which is a good size and also clean and serves well as a rest after a hard day at the theme parks! A car is a must, as you would expect in Florida. Disney is approximately 20 minutes drive and easy to reach.  There is a shopping centre nearby with a Supermarket, chemist, bank, McDonald's and a filling station. Overall an excellent property for a family or large group to explore Orlando.

Had a wonderful holiday, the price is fantastic for what you get. We were about 20 minutes outside of Disney and had very good shops and restaurants about two minute drive away.  The apartment was a really good size and made our stay very comfortable. The pool area was never over crowded and the pool is a good size (no getting up at six in the morning to reserve sun beds). We never had a problem finding a parking space.  We are looking at returning in 2018 and we would love to stay here again.

we had a very enjoyable time in this villa.  the owner was very keen to ensure we arrived safely, meeting us from the airport and taking us to the condo, and was contactable throughout our stay when we needed help with alarm codes and so on.  we couldnt use the owners condo for the first week, due to a problem with the previous tenant beyond the owners control, but the owner made sure he sorted out a nearby condo in teh same block for the first week, and offered to help us move our suitcases to his condo for the second.  all in all it was no bother at all.

the condo is close to disney and also 1.5 hours from clearwater and equal distance from kennedy space cetnre.  we found it very convenient here. the condo itself is definitely large enough, with modern decor.   For a family there were a couple of minor points - eg would have been good to have an oven tray and oven gloves, but generally it was well equipped.

The property is great - nice and spacious - 2 doubles and two singles in 3 bedrooms. 
In a quiet location but 2 minutes to supermarket, restaurants, etc.
One junction down the I4 from the Disney road system so easy to get to the parks (especially if the I4 is busy).
Booking, arrival and departure was all easy with no problems encountered.
Nice big heated communal pool and jacuzzi (a treat for tired legs at the end of a long day).
Big washer and dryer means only 2 changes of clothes are needed per person for the whole holiday.
The only drawback is, like all rentals, the kitchen is not very well equipped (in terms of big enough pans that are none stick, sharp knives, etc - its not bad but it could be better) - then again you wont be coming to Florida to cook. 
At the end of the day - if we go to Florida in the future we would book this apartment again.

A lovely property in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend to others and am looking forward to returning as soon as I can.

The property was only 10 minutes to Disney and had very good amenities close by. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, clean and smart.

Michael the owner was lovely to deal with and even when we were unsure of the apartment number was very gracious when I had to call him at 3am UK time! A true gentleman.

Having left our holiday to the last minute our experience with both the rental company and the owner was excellent. The booking was done within minuites and confirmed shortly afterwards. We got an excellent last minute deal which we could not beat. Having stayed at this resort last year we could not believe the deal. When we arrived at the apartment we were surprised as it was well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. We also received a call from the owner the check that everything was ok which we felt was very thoughtful. The apartment was only minutes from the main I-4 which took you Disney, Malls etc. Would definately use agin.
