We have stayed in many rental homes in the Orlando area, and this one was by far the best.  Everything was top-notch and well-maintained.  The lock box even worked the 1st time!  We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

First and foremost I want to thank you for what was a really enjoyable stay in Orlando.

Your Villa was beautiful and so spacious. It is so well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We didnt do much of the parks this time as we wanted to make the most of the villa and we definitely did that!

The Location was spot on, close to everything and also the surroundings made it more perfect.

I do hope that we left the villa as we found it and there wasnt much for your cleaners to do.

We use this rental while out son is in winter baseball. There are 3 couples total and we have plenty of room. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool area is big with lots of room to relax out there - the only suggestion is the landscaping around the pool area had lights out and the bushes were a little overgrown. The location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. We love staying here!  Sally

Our trip to Florida was to celebrate my 60th birthday and our family party covered three generations. My wife and I, six thirtysomethings and five grandchildren. Even with this amount of people there is plenty of room and six good sized bedrooms. The villa was scrupulously clean when we arrived and there were many nice touches - like the dining room table beautifully laid up for us. The kitchen is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We all particularly enjoyed a good sized pool with plenty of room to sit around and watch the grandchildren. The location is within easy reach of all the big parks and of course close to the big shopping outlets. There is also an enormous number of places to eat out but we did use the big barbeque 6 times in our fortnight stay. The on site management team responded well when we asked them to help us with a couple of minor things (replacing light bulbs). Lynn, the owner is also really helpful and kept in touch with us by e-mail.

Hi Lynn and Dave, I&#039ve been meaning to write since I returned home last week, but I&#039ve been very busy getting back on track. I wanted to thank you for providing us with a wonderful home for our golf vacation. We enjoyed it very, very, much. I trust that you found everything to be OK when you got back. We tried to follow the instructions that were left and hopefully we were successful. Having no word leads me to believe that all was OK. We had a group luncheon yesterday, and we unanimously agreed that we want to book again for 2010. Arrival will be on Sunday, March 7, 2010, and departure very early on Monday, March 15, 2010. We were out of the house by 07:00 AM this year, and should do the same again in 2010, which should give the cleanup crew some extra time if you have another booking coming in. Please let me know if the rates and deposit requirements are as they were with this past trip. Anyway, thanks again for providing a wonderful abode for 8 golfers. Carol Dear Lynn and David We had a great time in Florida. Your home was the perfect place for our family. We especially appreciated the way everything was provided for my youngest granddaughter. We could sit out by the pool and listen on the baby monitor and hear when she woke up. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for all 12 of us. It was convenient to anyplace we wanted to go, including a trip to Daytona Beach for the race on the weekend. We would recommend your villa to others. Thanks again Carol Latimer &#038 Family. We had the time of our lives loads of space for the 8 of us and the pool and hot tub well used after the long days at the parks.
