Everything we expected.

This is an amazing villa! The pictures do not do it justice! We were shocked by how big it was inside. We were a party of 4 adults using 3 bedrooms. It was very handy having a bathroom for each room, (2 ensuite). The kitchen was very spacious with a great fridge with ice and water. We used this every day to make breakfast. The games room in the garage was very handy in the evenings. It was very clean and well situated for all the local amenties. The parks are approx 25 minutes away with traffic. The shops and restaurants are approx 5 minutes away. The Wawa gas station is great for snacks (hot and cold)! We have stayed in many villas and have to say this was one of our favourites. Cumbrian Lakes is a very quiet resort. With no bugs!!! The bathroom and shower outside by the pool were very handy as we spent alot of time in the pool as the temperatures were in the 30's every day! We would highly recommend this villa to stay in. It felt like a home from home. The communication with the owner was great. Jill answered all the questions we had and also gave us some helpful information to enhance out stay. Thank you again Jill for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Very comfy spacious villa with plenty of room

A very clean spacious detached house with private pool.

Lovely property all on one level, plenty of room. Large garage with pool table and table football plus an ideal spot for drying. Pool was clean and good although we didn’t get much chance to use it much. Property is 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee you did get stuck in traffic on weekdays at traffic lights onto 192 if you left 8:30 in a morning. Walmart about 2 miles away and there is even an Aldi 3 miles away. Good location for all Disney and Universal parks as all within 20 - 30 mins drive away. Property gives you the quiet spacious time away from the parks. The house even has 3 bathrooms so great with two daughters. Lots of towels available plus there is a washer and dryer.

The villa is beautiful and has everything you would need for a great holiday. It was spotlessly clean. It is an ideal location close to Disney and the 192. I would recommend this villa.

The villa was everything we hoped it would be, it was in the ideal location and was very clean and well equipped and would recommend it to all our friends and family, the management people were great and friendly and couldn't do enough for us , the owners even contacted us to check we were ok after the hurricane which we thought was nice of them, overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The villa was lovely as other reviews have said. The photos really don't do it enough justice. The children's rooms were very pretty and there is also a games room which we hadn't expected. The owners have been great in communicating and ensuring everything was easy for us on our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jill and Graham.
