Really nice apartment on the ground floor which was really good for access to the pool. Nice quiet location not far from the centre of town. Great to have air con as it was really hot. Contact with the owner was perfect. Will hopefully book again for next year.

It was the most dirtiest flat I ever have rent. . The Oven, the fan in the kitchen, all three duvets were dirty, the slip mat in the bath, all kitchen utensils were dirty. The terrace needed cleaning also.

Really enjoyed our stay here.  Air conditioning was very much appreciated especially at night.  2 bathrooms made life easy.  Pool literally outside front door.  Kids spent hours in it.  Well managed apartment complex with siesta - pool closed 2-4 each afternoon.  Only negatives - king size bed - great - but needs a cushioned mattress protector for those of us without our own built in padding fitted wardrobes in both rooms but not a lot of drawers.

Well located for excellent beach,at Guardamar and numerous golf course.
The town of Almoradi is a friendly place to while away spare time.

Ground floor apartment was great as we travelled with a 3 year old, and there was easy access to the pool area. Everything is nearby, so a short walk of 10 mins max takes you to the square and the supermarkets. Everybody at the complex was friendly and helpful, would definitely go again.
