First of all we all thoroughly enjoyed our week in the villa and I thank you for allowing myself and 5 lad friends to stay in your property considering this isn't the norm for you.

The villa itself was absolutely brilliant and ideal size for us. The wi-fi was a godsend and the first property to stay in to actually have it, also the English plug sockets!!! We couldn't believe it, superb to have them present.

The only issue we had was a couple of minor cosmetic Ines which are easy fixes for yourself and really should of been fixed before we arrived.

Firstly the bathroom door handle is not securely fixed to the door (the spindle is showing) and also the lock is broken, easily fixable.

Secondly the was numerous broken outside furniture items present. Most of it had been stacked up and put at each side of the villa, there was one broken lounger left out at the side of the pool, easily removable. It just doesn't look great that it's just been put to the side and left when it should be thrown away.

Apart from those two small issues I reiterate that the Villa Galloway was absolutely superb and I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

On arrival there was a small hitch with the key combination but that was quickly sorted by ringing the number.  score  9/10

Outdoor Facilities - the pool skimmer system wasnt working leaving us to net off leaves each day and putting a chlorine tablet in the pot of one was useless with no current but I sorted that by moving it to the pool drain and we had many hours of fun each day in the pool which was excellent.  The seating area and sunbeds were all excellent in terms of quality and numbers (8 beds) which was great as family came to visit a few times.  The garden is lovely and the only gripe is that previously damaged chairs remained on site and the patio ground lights had all been previously broken albeit working.  Barbeque was put to regular use throughout the stay but the utensils needed a good clean before use    score 8/10

Indoor facilities - Couple of chipped plates and a broken knife and glass on arrival but we never ran short.  One tea towel isnt enough for the week and we had to buy bin bags and toilet paper which we left for the next users.  Beds were typically hard but all the air con worked and the television had limited English channels but we didnt care as we didnt come to watch TV and were warned.  wifi coverage was excellent and the furnishings were basic but suitable.  Score 8/10

Location - quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk from the property to the beach and as we had a car an easy drive of 2k into the strip.  Taxis were a bit pricey at 15 euros each way for those needing to use that.  For us it was perfect score 10/10

Overall we had a great week (which wasn't long enough) and we would certainly return here to this property in the future given the opportunity.

I satyed at this villa with my partner, my mum and dad. And we all have had a wonderful time! The property was very cleaned, some bits dated, but it had everything you really need. The outdoor area was perfect, we spent every evening enjoying dinners on the terrace. The area is great, rather quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend and I am pretty sure we will return!

The villa is in a terrific location, even in offseason as Nissi Avenue has more restaurants open then in the town centre at this time of year. The premises were clean and there were sufficient facilities (all in working order). The pool looked great, but was too cold for swimming in November. 

The living area is quite small which is only an issue when it is cold outside. No lights in the house were bright enough, especially for reading outside in the evenings. The television was very small.

We had a lovely time. The location was great. But as a family with young children, on the last day we were left without accomadation we were not allowed anytime extra in villa,we were very unhappy with this. The beds downstairs were in terrilbe condition and kids could not sleep in one in particilar, I think these need looked at, but they did provide a z bed for the holiday. It was a lovely villa apart from this.

The one of of the only problem we found with the property was there were not enough mirrors in the bedrooms next to a plug!  Women need this to be be able to be comfortable on holiday.

Beautiful house, Gorgeous pool that looks much smaller in the photo shown. Excellent location in quiet...ish area! We will definately be back!! Only problem was the Air Conditioning. Cant be put under 26 which isnt so cold!! extra fan was needed. Also there were a lot of Ants on the patio and on the astro turf but it wouldnt stop us going back!

When we arrived on a Wednesday the pool was dirty even though the brochure said it was cleaned on Wednesdays &amp; Sundays. Only time it was cleaned was the following Wednesday when we were due to leave. At one point I saw a mouse/rat swimming in the pool. I wanted a villa with a private pool, but couldnt actually use the pool for fear of infection. The interior of property was fine, although the fitment on the shower head was broken making it unajustable and usless and the toilet roll holder in the downstairs loo was coming away from the wall. There were 4 lamps in the bedrooms, only one worked and the lamp in the lounge didnt work at all. The satellite system didnt have any British chanels only Middle Eastern ones. The BBQ was hopeless as it didnt have a wire grill or any tools. I have holidayed in this complex before, but this is the first time I have made a complaint. I wouldnt recommend this villa,  there are many others that put this one to shame.
