Just perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 3 children. Very easy to access Disney parks from here and all other attractions. Everything we could possibly need was in the villa already.Heated pool was great. Owner & management company very helpful.

They say first impressions count and WOW did this give a good first impression! To sum this villa up in one word it would be 'quality'. The villa was perfect in every way and I would be unable to find any faults whatsoever. The high standard of furnishings, fittings and decor really made us feel very comfortable. Returning to the villa at the end of each day was a pleasure. We will definitely be going back in the future and will be recommending to family and friends without any hesitation at all.

Our third time to Orlando but first to Garry's beautiful home. Location was great, a few minutes to the huge Walmart at Clermont, and the vast number of restaurants on the 192. The fantastic pool area was very spacious with a great open aspect. We saw squirrels and even the local buzzards out on the grass beyond. It was hard to pull the kids away to visit the theme parks! A very well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need already provided. The big comfortable sofas in the lounge with the large TV were perfect to relax in in the evenings after a busy day. Bedrooms were very spacious and had more than enough storage. Great communication from Garry the owner before, during and after our stay - nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for a large family (or 2), we loved this villa and hope to book again in the future.

his was the first time we had booked a villa independently and to say it was the best thing we had ever done is an understatement! We were so pleased with the villa. It was my mum and dads first ever time to America and we wanted to give them a good impression and this villa achieved this and more. The owners are second to none, so helpful, they even assisted with looking for mobility scooter companies, above and beyond if you ask us, extremely helpful couple. The house is great and ideal if you have someone who cannot climb stairs well, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is lovely and spacious. The pool area is fantastic and not over looked so much so it's great for relaxing, to be honest the whole gated community is quiet. There is plenty of bedding, towels, crockery etc. It's so nice for the kids too to have a taste of mic key cups before even getting to the parks, to have plates and cups etc like this when you have children is just great. This is one villa I will be recommending to family and friends. It is just a nice distance from the parks and is so easy to find on the us27. The directions you receive from the owner are great.

Highly recommended!! Left on Sep 17, 2015 for a stay in Aug 2015 First of all I have received fantastic service from the owners who replied to my emails right away. It was great that I could pay off the balance as and when I needed. Could not ask for anything better. The villa it's self was in a great location near Barry Town Centre where there are shops and restaurants and other shops etc located very close by. Very easy to get to all the theme parks. Lots of space in the villa which had everything we needed, Plenty of room in the family room for the six off us , nice big table to eat a and also a breakfast bar to sit at. The bedrooms also had lots of space. It was lovely having a pool right outside your door and is not over looked. I can not fault this villa or the owners who are more than happy to help with any planning you may need help with. As the title says I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a great place to say on their Orlando holiday. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

The villa is fantastic and in an excellent location. There is every thing you need for your stay with ample towels and all you could possible need in the kitchen. There is a lovely games room and the pool is lovely. There were only 3 of us on this holiday but we would not hesitate to book this villa again whether there were 3 of us or a larger group. The villa is in a lovely location close to the parks, an enormous Walmart and there are many places to eat, We loved our stay in this villa and highly recommend it to small or large groups.

Just as described, Perfect for Families with young children. We highly recommend Left on Apr 17, 2015 for a stay in Apr 2015 We found this home to be just as described on the website and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well maintained, the carpet on the main floor appeared to be virtually brand new, though I'm not sure carpet is the best choice for the main living area, tile or hardwood floors would be better, but that's just a personal preference. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the large TV was nice as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with basically everything you need to cook. They even have plastic cups, plates and utensils available which were great for the kids. Our kids were in love with the game-room/toy area in the garage which has tons of great toys, and we had to drag them out of there every morning to leave for the park. The park by the way is about 20 minutes away and there is quite a lot of traffic, so plan accordingly. The pool was very nice and clean, and it appeared the pool decking was just freshly painted. My only issue with the pool was the temperature; it was extremely cold which I honestly didn't expect since the temps outside were in the high 80s and low 90s. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the temperature, but the adults rarely swam because it was just too chilly. I mistakenly thought the pool was heated, but after contacting the management company and the owner realized that you are required to pay extra daily for pool heat. It was my mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I do disagree with charging a daily fee for the heat. It is necessary during the non-summer months and should be included in the rental price. I would much rather the rental price be slightly higher and include the pool heat, than be forced to pay an exorbitant amount each day, and have to deal with the management company to come and turn on the heat. Which by the way, when I called the management company to turn it on, they didn't show up when they promised and the heat was never turned on. To be honest, the lady who came to check the pool chemicals while we were there was quite rude and a little nasty to us, but the owner has no control over her behavior. Despite all of that, the pool was a big hit with the kids, which is all that really matters anyway. Additionally, the patio furniture was nice and in good condition, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only real maintenance issue we had was with the sliding glass door to the pool area; it kept coming off the track and was a bit difficult to close and probably needs some repair or adjustment, but it wasn't a big problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic, there is a lot of space if you have a large family, and the closets are very good size for a vacation trip. We used the washer and dryer several times, which was very convenient as well. We also thought the home was very tastefully decorated throughout. The stroller came in very handy; we thought our 4 year old would be fine without one but quickly discovered he needed one. Luckily we didn't have to rent one at the park since the owners provided them. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again on our next trip. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the issues we had we minor and certainly did not take away from our trip.

Fantastic stay at tuscan hills definitely go back again! Beautiful villa. Great location for disney. Will definitely be back for another visit very soon.

Nice sized place, very comfortable and certainly made it tough to come home. We went to Disney 5 days and it was in a good location to hit all of the parks. Strollers and highchairs defintely came in handy. You dont know how important a stroller is until you've done disney as an adult with your own kids for the first time. The property has room to park 2 cars (I fit all three, it was tight, but the neighbors didn't appreciate it, dont ask me why). When we arrived one of the previous renters ( I am assuming ) broke part of the crib so we couldn't use it but fortunately they have a pack and play which worked just fine. I can't really complain about anything, Garry was awesome to deal with and an amazing time was had by all.
