I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday, it has everything you would need. The Villa is clean and everything is well looked after and really makes you feel at home with its comfortableness, the pool is really nice, we spent a couple of hours everyday in it!! Its cleaned regularly which is really nice and comforting, the garden is beautiful and looked after really well. To get into the main town is easy by bus, and the buses are great when it comes to keeping to the time schedule. Around the villa are some really nice Beach platforms, Restaurants that are always happy to see you and let you use their facilities. Overall if youre looking for a really nice, chilled back holiday i would recommend this villa without a doubt. It is the nicest place i have stayed in and the owners are friendly, helpful and really nice.

WOW, WOW & WOW - a wonderful villa far enough away from town to be utterly peaceful but close enough to enjoy all that Kas has to offer - wonderful foods, warm, friendly people the views from every room and the patio were breathtaking. Tevfic, the owner was so helpful from the point of booking the villa, booking transport to and from the airport, to providing a really lovely welcome pack which included local foods and wine- he visited regularly to see we were ok and happy with everything. Villa Soveda has everything you might need to make your stay very special - as ours was. Kas is a beautiful place and so far not overly affected by tourism. You do need a car if only to get up the drive way! but buses run regularly into town. We spent time fishing (not a nibble!) and snorkelling and we have already recommended Villa Soveda to anyone who will listen including family who are going o book for next year. We loved Villa Soveda and will definitley be going back at some point in the future.

Villa Selim is a great villa with tons of room, a beautiful terrace and garden and stunning views over the peninsula. We had all we needed to spend a great holiday, and Tevfik was welcoming and helpful. Kas is a beautiful location, we would certainly consider going back for another break, and to Villa Selim if its free!

The sea view and the pool is marvelous. A minus for the kitchen because it dont have a toaster or a squeezer fruit. The rooms are ok , especially one of them .

Villa Selim provided us with a memorable family holiday - 6 adults plus 2 infants! Its private location and facilities are excellent for adults and children alike.Tefvik, the owner ,could not have been more helpful to us both before and during our stay- he was even able to provide an extremely reliable babysitter for us! I would be happy to answer any questions which possible renters may have.

Villa Selim was lovely. Wonderful views of both sides of the peninsula. Very steep drive and not recommended for elderly people or buggies. Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything you need in the villa but would advise to owner to upgrade towels as they are quite small. Overall great villa and would recommend to friends.

myself and my wife stayed at villa Selim Sept 2010 for 2 weeks. |Previous year we stayed at tefviks other villa, Villa Soveda. Villa selim is far far better due to its position overlooking the lagoon and the med. Very peaceful and quiet, which we wanted, and very very private. Our 5th year in Turkey ( 3 on the trot in Kas), and this is def our favourite Villa / location. Try the Akropol, it is Chrissies last year there 2011. best food and service anywhere in Kas ! Also the Baiche in Kas town for the calamari !!

i traveled a lot but i was very impresed about this place.the view of this villa is magnific,makes all the money.the owner is very kind and everything was as we expectet.all the people are nice and helpfull.the food is great.was a perfect holliday!
