We have been going to Lanzarote for over 12 years and owned the apartment for over 3 years. The apartment is a home from home because us as a family use it around 4 times per year. Lots of love and time go into making it a real home. The happiest thing for us it when people return and love the apartment as much as we do. People can book with confidence because I stay intouch by email, send confirmation letters and answer any queries asap. The couple who look after the apartment for us have lived on Lanzarote for more than 5 years and can give you all the information you need to make your holiday a happy experience and its nice to know that someone is there if you need them. I am a very well organised person, especially as my normal job is a manager for the NHS.
