Lovely villa with spectacular views. Great pool area. This was our second year staying at the villa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would have appreciated more towels and bed linen as we were staying for over 3 weeks. The saucepans are a bit worn and for the those who like to self cater some new ones would add to a great holiday. We also frequented the local restaurants a walk uphill to the village which I enjoyed very much as the walk contributed to my daily exercise. Also nearby hills and mountains for those looking for a greater challenge. Would recommend this villa for the beautiful views, space and tranquility.

Absolutely beautiful villa, so lovely and the views are fantastic. Everything you could think of is in the villa, even down to a sewing kit. So well equipped, really clean, really big loads of room. We enjoyed every minute and we were sad to leave. Great location and close to Peyia village, and close to the big supermarket at the bottom of the hill. Would definitely recommend this villa to all my friends. My other half has just said to tell Jackie the cooker is amazing 👍 Great villa, great holiday very very happy customers xxx

The villa was spacious and clean both indoors and around the pool. The views of the sea and surrounding areas were beautiful. The pool was well maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay. Any issue identified during our stay was addressed promptly by the owner. I recommend this villa with the beautiful views for anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would love to return.

We chose Villa Amia to celebrate 18th and 16th birthdays with our kids. It did not disappoint. Villa: utterly spotless throughout with the benefit of a linen change mid-holiday. The A/C was definitely required and the BBQ was useful. The pool was perfect and cleaned twice weekly. The evening views were breathtaking. Everything we needed was in the villa to live, cook, and wash. Location: Peyia is a small, quieter location than Coral Bay itself. There are bars and shops to fill two weeks if you wish. Alternatively, the bus/taxi to Coral Bay is inexpensive. Small downside, there are a few hills between the villa and Peyia village, something we hadn't noticed before arrival. Owner: absolutely brilliant during the booking and holiday, answering any questions quickly and helpfully. Would we return: yes. Would the two teenagers return: yes.

This was our second stay at villa Amia and it was better than the first! After the recent new additions such as the rattan and fresh paint we were shocked at how beautiful the place looked. Clean and tidy as always and perfect location. We can’t wait to return.

A lovely villa, Amia is within easy distance of super village amenities and offers everything you will need for your stay. A special thank you to Jane, the property maintenance contract manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful 'going above and beyond' . Also big thanks to Jane's son, Craig, who maintains the pool spotlessly and records chemical readings at every visit, we really loved and now miss the pool and the day long sun on the terrace!

Had an amazing 10 day stay at villa amia...the villa had everything we needed and more...lovely quiet area and a nice short walk into peyia village.The swimming pool was fantastic and got lots of use with an added bonus of lots of inflatables.will definitely be booking again

Spacious villa with excellent views but on arrival we found these issues listed, unclean bedding with black hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets and bedspread, broken toilet roll holder, toilet seat and shower holder, ripped curtain in ensuite. We were told to strip the bed on departure and to our disgust we found the pillows had no protectors and were badly stained. We contacted the owner with photos and details of our experience but are still waiting for their feed back and confirmation the issues have been rectified. We did see that a previous guest had complained about cleanliness issues which had not been addressed when we visited. When going on holiday we expect clean bedding and good maintenance which wasn't what we experienced at Villa Amia.

This is our third time in villa amia and it won't be our last. Third visit has been as great as the first. Cannot fault this villa or location although a car is needed, its like home from home. A really big thank you to Damian and Jackie for allowing us to stay in the villa longer due to a very late flight home. Veronica & Chris
