Situé à proximité de la plage, le logement est très calme, spacieux, superbement décoré, très bien installé. Deux supers marchés à moins de 500 m permettent de faire les courses. L' accueil est très chaleureux et nous avons eu de bons conseils pour passer un peu plus de 10 jours ou nous avons mixé repos et visites (villes, villages, soit au bord de la mer soit dans l''arrière pays)

Ce logement est juste parfait et conforme à la description. Il ne manque absolument rien ( enfin presque voir en fin de commentaire ). Anne est une personne accueillante, disponible et qui sait recevoir ces locataires. Le logement est quand à lui idéal, nous étions 4 ( un adulte avec 3 ados ) et tout le monde a fait son petit coin douillet pour y passer un super séjour. Le jardin nous a permis de faire un bbq à 12 personnes ( avec beaucoup d'enfants) sans le moindre soucis. Le quartier est très très calme et à l'image de la maison reposant ! La seule et unique suggestion serait de mettre une petite piscine ( j'ai bien dit petite ) le long de la haie coté vue sur la mer. je recommande vivement ce logement!

Tres contente que le sejour vous ait plu Hehehe: pour la piscine ce sera aux prochains propios d'en faire une même très grande si ils veulent....Je sais, ici en Août ce serait parfait, mais trop de boulot pour la faire et je préfère utiliser les sous que cela couterait pour voyager! Donc....le manque de piscine continuera...oups....Amitiés. Anne

This accommodation is just perfect and conforms to the description. There is absolutely nothing missing (finally almost see at the end of comment). Anne is a hospitable person, available and able to receive these tenants. The accomodation is ideal, we were 4 (an adult with 3 teenagers) and everyone made their own cozy place to spend a great time. The garden allowed us to do a 12 person bbq (with lots of kids) without any worries. The area is very very quiet and the image of the house relaxing! The only suggestion would be to put a small pool (I mean small) along the hedge overlooking the sea. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

I know, here in August it would be perfect, but too much work to do it And I prefer to use the sub than it would cost to travel! So .... the lack of pool will continue ... oops .... Friendships

Nous avons demeuré 30 jours et avons apprécié grandement l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et ses précieux conseils touristiques et ce, dans notre langue. La localisation de la villa est très bien située et donne un accès facile au Centre de thalassothérapie de l'hotel Elba en marchant. Les autres activités sont à proximité, l'auto est requise pour les déplacements autre que l'épicerie. Le lieu est calme, très propre et bien entretenu, ressemble à une petite banlieue. En tant que couple québécois nous recommandons cet hébergement si vous cherchez la tranquillité. Les photos sur le site sont conformes.

We stayed for 30 days and thoroughly enjoyed the owner's warm welcome and valuable tourist advice in our language. The location of the villa is very well located and gives easy access to the thalassotherapy center of Elba hotel by walking. Other activities are nearby, self is required for travel other than the grocery store. The place is quiet, very clean and well maintained, looks like a small suburb. As a Quebec couple we recommend this accommodation if you are looking for tranquility. The photos on the site are compliant.

Nous avons séjourné 3 mois d'hiver au rez-de-chaussée d' une maison située dans une urbanisation très calme et propre. La location est à vrai dire un loft très spacieux de 200 m2 illuminé par 3 baies vitrées orientées sud-est donnant sur un coquet jardin bien entretenu avec vue sur la mer et le port d'Estepona; une 4ème baie s'ouvre sur une terrasse couverte plein sud, le tout correspond bien aux photos de l'annonce. 
 La cuisine est achalandée juste ce qu'il faut avec un électroménager (frigo, congel, lave-vaiselle, lessiveuse) très performant. . Une literie spacieuse et confortable, une connexion internet efficace, une salle de bain bien agencée et le captage de plus de 20 chaînes françaises à la TV satellite complètent le confort élevé de la location. Bien que dans un rayon de 500m, il y ait 2 supermarchés, un SPA et une plage, la voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre la superbe ville d'Estepona et la plage-baignoire du "Cristo" situées à+/-5km 
 Le grand plus de cette location : la propriétaire très attentive change le linge de bain chaque semaine et celui de la literie tous les 10 jours.
 Le grand plus environnemental : la propreté d'Estepona qui a su garder sa beauté andalouse et Casares (à +/- 20km) pour ses paysages typiques et ses randonnées en montagne . 
 En résumé : à recommander pour passer l'hiver cocoonement au chaud...

Une belle demeure dans une belle région. La spacieuse location était remarquablement propre! L'accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire (Anne) étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes : convivialité et discrétion. La côte et ses petits villages aux alentours suffisent à des journées ensoleillées et remplies! Le petit jardin extérieur est calme et son point de vue bien agréable.

Nous avons sejournés avec nos deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans dans ce logement du 12 au 24.8.12 .Beaucoup de place, calme, propre, tout y était, proche des magasins alimentaires, de la plage ( el Cristo idéale pour les enfants). Idéal point de départ pour visiter dautres villes. Le petit plus est le super jardin bien entretenue avec vue (au loin) sur la mer idéal pour débuter sa journée en y prenant son petit déjeuner. Le logement était assez frais vue la température de dehors à 40 degré étant donné quil sagit à la base dun garage aménagé en loft. Petit inconvénient pas de stores aux fenêtres surtout important pour familles avec petits enfants qui se réveillent trop tot. Le Frigo par contre pourrait être remplacé. Nous conseillons ce Logement.

"Ce loft est idéal que ce soit pour un couple, une famille ou plusieurs amis. La décoration est très sympathique, le mobilier et les equipements électroménagers sont de bonne qualité. "Nous avons passé une agréable semaine avec nos 2 enfants. La location est très bien située, un peu en dehors du centre ville, dans un quartier calme. Le "loft" est très agréable, avec une décoration originale, remplie de souvenirs des nombreux voyages de la propriétaire Anne...surement. Le verdoyant jardin est réservé au loft Cest très bien équipé, il y a vraiment "tout. Anne est très attentionnée et discrète. Un guide "maison" sur les environs (choses à faire ou à voir) était à notre disposition et nous a été bien utile. Une location à recommander."
