The property has great views and is in a lovely location. We loved our stay but felt the property needed a little tlc . We did have a problem with loss of water on 3 occasions resulting in some of the group unable to have showers. After reporting the final loss of water ( we were without water for over 16 hours ) the owner reacted quickly and someone was round within the hour. We would book the villa again

The villa it self is lovely and we enjoyed staying there.  It surrounded by other buildings, but to be honest this appears to be the case over most of Cyprus.

The web site advertised internet access for 35 Euro.  This was not readily available.  However many customers may need good internet access so this could be added to the property easily and increase its attraction.

Overall this house was perfect for our needs and was better than we thought!  It was an easy drive to Disney (which we did each day) and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax during our off "park" times. 
The house was clean and we had no major complaints - a few silly things would have improved our stay even more - like having salt and pepper, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper on hand - it seemed like every roll was at the end and we had to go out the 2nd day and restock.  A few pool noodles wouldve been a nice addition too! 
We left behind a Styrofoam cooler we purchased thinking the next guests may find it as useful as we did! Oh - and some simple instructions on how to use the TV wouldve been super helpful - it took us a while to get the channels and HDMI on the right mode to find cable! 
My boys loved the house so much I would bet we will be back to stay again in the future.

A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, e muito conservada. Possui eletrodomesticos suficientes, e também utensílios para refeições.
Tudo funciona perfeitamente! A comodidade é excelente, e a segurança também! Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia na casa!!

Easy access to Fig Tree Bay beach, the extra bathroom with great water pressure and the magnificent sunrise view each morning!

Bonus supermarket and Zorbas 24/7 Bakery (no need to cook!) and the main shopping strip just 2 mins walk!


Paradise Apartment, Protaras

Everything was perfect! Location is better than expected. Fig Tree Bay is 50 meters from apartments. Near you can find a good 24-hour shop with good coffee, fresh salads, and more other food. We will come back 100000%!

+ Excellent view and friendliness of accommodation manager, plus fresh bread, milk as well as a supply of tea and coffee upon arrival

- Hotel itself need a little bit of updating!
