This was a property of the highest standard and one of the best equipped we have stayed in over the years.  The location was ideal for the golfers in the party - my husband and son - with 3 excellent courses within a 2 minute drive of the property.  The grounds were very well tended as was the pool area.  The pool was very rarely busy - indeed we had it to ourselves for much of our stay.  The furnishings both inside and outside the penthouse were both comfortable and high quality.  You are away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Puerto Banus but within easy reaching distance of many interesting sites.  We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and advise anyone booking it to visit Benahavis for a meal!

The agent, Gemma was very helpful and we had a warm welcome.  Apartment was spacious and had complimentary wine along with milk, coffee &amp; tea on arrival which is exactly whats needed after travelling.  The pool was lovely and peaceful, however, there were no sun loungers and rather uncomfortable lying on the ground.  We prefer not to drive whilst abroad but would recommend a car whilst here. Its a bit of a walk to the supermarket and the corner shop only has basic essentials.  The beach was a good 10 minute walk and Puerto Banus is a good 20 minute walk which is not recommended when your wearing heels.  Taxis ordered with security at night cost 8 euros into Puerto Banus.  There are no cafes near where you can pop for breakfast or lunch which was rather disappointing.  The property was very reasonable for the week but we would of liked to of been a bit nearer to amenities as we have been on previous occassions.

The apartment was excellent with all the neceserry requirments and offers a great location for the beach and local amenities. Its only a short taxi ride to Puerto Benus or a 20 minute walk along the beach or by road.

Gemma the properties agent provided a first class service and the communication was excellent.

We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic holiday - the apartment was great and the complex was nice and quiet and very close to all the amenities. It was greate to be in a Spanish area away from many of the tourists.

I see that there are several properties in the complex that are up for sale. Do you have any details about prices and maintenance?

La Goleta, San Pedro beachside apartment

This place is a unique combination: On the one hand the atmosphere of eco(agriculture) -tourism and on the other hand  the wonderful beach leisure with a perfect swimming. Also the 10 minutes by car and youre in the old town with its charming narrow streets, where are many historic monuments, restaurants and shops. The house is situated in a beautiful garden, where you can go for a walk, even with a baby carriage. There are delicious aromas of flowering citrus trees in the evenings.  This is very strange and cool, that there are only a few people on the long beach.
The house is very cozy and well-equipped. People in the Villa are very friendly and helpful.    
We had a very good time and got lots of new impressions.

La Gavia 2 bedroom Penthouse

We had a fantastic time, the facilities in the Villa are exceptional. The pool was cleaned twice a week which meant high quality water. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, the power shower and jacuzzi heavenly! The kitchen has all mod cons along with washing machine and ironing board in the utility room. The games room was a big hit with everyone. We would definately return to the Villa and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This was just what we were looking for, a moderately priced apartment for a short summer break.  
We were made to feel very welcome and met by Gemma on arrival, even though we had an evening flight and only arrived at the apartment 11PM.  Gemma still made sure that we knew where to go for local ammenities and the fridge was stocked with all the essentials...like wine !
We had a fabulous time and as the apartment was only 15 minute walk from the beach we were really pleased.  Although used Taxi's in the evening as suggested by Gemma.
Thank you very much and we look forward to using the apartment again in the future.
