We are very happy with our stay at Villa Southcrest. The villa is nice, and the garden/pool-area was perfect for family activities. We were a party of 8. Four adults and four teenagers.
The caretakers were on site, but were polite and did not disturbe us in any way. It felt safe to have them there, actually. We had some comments on the beds and some appliances that didn't work, and they were taken care of immideately.
The villa is situated on a hilltop 3 km from the main square of Albufeira. It does not have a sea view. The walk to the centre took about 30 minutes, and most of the walk was through a park, so it was a nice stroll in the evenings.
The matresses were very firm, otherwise the bedrooms and bathrooms were OK.
Since the villa is situated in a farm area, there was some noise from the neighbours dogs during the night, but of course you don't get the noise from The Strip in Albufeira.

Apartment Clementine is a lovely property in an excellent location offering very good value for money. There is everything you need within walking distance of the apartment for an easy and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this property to families and couples. Katie, the owner was extremely helpful and kind both before hand and on arrival and we are already planning a return visit next year

We had a really fantastic stay at Manuels lovely villa! It was so spacious, huge pool, lovely gardens - perfect for a big group of friends or family. Manuel was very accommodating and always there on hand to help/recommend. Not far from the supermarket and good restaurants and golf at pine resort-but quite a walk to the beach-but uber was very quick to get there and we didn't need it as the villa was so big and pool so lovely with pleanty of sun loungers. We will defiantly be back!! Thanks so much!

Pleasantly located villa with lovely view to the sea. Very minimalist (not cosy). Kitchen equipment a bit lacking, for example no cafetiere and crockery could have been better. The lighting was poor, especially in the bathrooms which were quite dark. No light over the mirrors. Pool and garden very nice and lots of outside space.

Superb villa in a beautiful area. Owner was at the property to welcome us. A very friendly man. Pool cleaned every day and the villa itself was cleaned 3 times during our stay. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The villa was great   Very spacious with all en suite bedrooms. Only downfall was no air conditioning. You had to pay extra for this where I thought the price we paid for the villa would include air con as it was quite expensive. The situation of the villa is quite far away from anywhere. We had to get taxis everywhere and it was a good 20-30 min walk to the supermarket. We didn't recieve a welcome pack that was paid for.  Very noisy dogs at the rear of the villa which bark all night long this leading to unbroken sleep.
Overall a lovely place but would book somewhere nearer to all aminities next time.

Our two families had a fantastic stay, the villa was spacious, clean with plenty of facilities and gear location. 
Lots of fun in the pool and playing rounders in the large garden. 
Maid and gardener service fantastic.

We booked Casa Luneira (name on the villa is Casa Cluny) last minute as we were let down with our original booking. The website pictures were limited so we did question what the villa would look like inside when we arrived.  The details from the agent regarding key collection and directions were good. Initial impressions were poor as the outside of the villa looked shabby and needed painted and the front gate post was damaged and reduced to rubble.  On entering the villa we were immediately met with a strong smell of sewage, dust and a musty odour. The villa seemed to have been closed up for a long period of time before our booking.  The interior was very dated with old furnishings and a number of lightbulbs were broken. The sun room at the back had a broken sliding door and one of the glass door units was cracked. The bathrooms were old with broken rusty fitments, the taps were old and loose and the tiles were grubby.  The bedroom mattresses were also old and very firm. The smell from the drains was so strong that we had to completely close off the front bedroom and couldn't use it.  The kitchen was also very tired with no modern units.  There was an infestation of ants all over the kitchen area including inside the drawers. The dishwasher worked but should be updated.  Perhaps the worst aspect of the villa was the swimming pool.  The surface was so abrasive that it cut my children's feet every time they went in.  Overall the condition of the villa was very poor and certainly not value for money.  I wouldn't recommend it and would not stay there again with my family. My children spent the week with cut, sore and bleeding feet. It was very disappointing as the owner charged a very high rate, perhaps because we were booking late and had no other options as our flights had been booked, and I feel badly let down.

We drove from the airport, the instructions to get to the Villa were brilliant. Once at the Villa we had our welcome pack in the kitchen and quickly settled in. 2 sets of families stayed in the Villa with ample space for us for the week. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ensuites and the villa has shutters to make it secure and nice and dark at night, which meant the kids slept in. The Villa is a 5 min drive to the beach with a very nice restaurant located next to Gale beach, the supermercardo is also very close to the Villa. The only downside was lack of information such as the best supermarkets to go to, more info on local attractions and places to visit would have been nice but didn't cause any major issues. The swimming pool was a nice size and was used daily by all and the tennis court was an added bonus as well. The rep was really helpful when we had a few queries about our stay. This was a fantastic villa to stay in!! Thanks for a great holiday!

The Villa was like a throw back from the 70s.Needs a lot of updating cosmetic only.not at all comfortable.Beds were very uncomfortable and linens were about 10 Years old.The small bedroom wasnt big enough for a 5 year old.The couch and chairs in the living room were so uncomfortable also.There was no english channels only news.There was a damp smell in the kitchen cupboards. I had to wash the ware every time i wanted to use them.The shower was a disgrace the trickle of water from it It took so long to have a shower.On a better note the view was great and the outside space.If we could have stayed outside we would of.
