Just returned from compass complex st vlas had a wonderful time in Bulgaria,meet other people there who were very friendly and helpful, local beach was great, restaurants were all excellent even though it was the end of season, will be recommending to other people, made some friends out there and hoping to go back next year.

We spent there two weeks at this august. Property met our expectations, and in some points exceeded them. Local contact was very helpful. Excellent and quiet environment.
Local beach is close and clean, but is very shallow. If you want to swim, go to La Manga or Calblanque. Anyway - renting car is highly recommended.

Perfect location for , St Vlas , Marina and beach , nice pool well maintained and clean as are the gardens. The large balcony was perfect for relaxing in private and we spent some days on the balcony bathed in sunlight for around 8 hours. Walking distance for all amenities within 2-3 mins ie Restaurants , bars etc.

Apartments is nice and spacious. View from big terrace is spectacular and terrace is great place for open air lunch or small party. Beach is clean and comfortable, exept that there was a lot of people - high season have been starting. Kitchen lacks some usual in Russia tools, but it did not affect our vacation

A lovely clean, spacious villa with great balconies. Good transfers provided by the owner. As it was our honeymoon there was a bottle of bubbly in the fridge waiting for us.

We have just returned from 2 amazing weeks holiday in St Vlas. The appartment was excellent and provided everything that we needed. The views from the balcony were stunning. The appartment was in a brilliant situation.close to the beach,village and Marina. I have already recommended it to my family and friends. I found the owner to be very helpful.

This is our fourth holiday in Bulgaria, and it has always been wonderful value for money, but it is our first time in St Vlas. The complex is lovely, with well kept gardens and a lovely little pool. The apartment has two balconies, a small one at the front overlooking the pool and complex, and an amazingly large one at the back, with excellent views over to Sunny Beach. This balcony gets the sun from mid morning right through until sunset. A great place to sunbathe during the day, or sit with a relaxing drink in the evening. It is situated in a quit area and offers a change from the husstle and bustle of nearby Sunny Beach. I would highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and obliging, as is the meet and greet service offered.

the appartment had everything, very clean and modern. with two huge balconys, the biggest on the complex, with amazing views of nessibar and sunny beach. the owner organised someone to collect us from the airport for half the price of a taxi, a welcome pack with coffee sugar milk etc was very thoughtful as we arrived late at night. the staff and residents on the complex made us feel at home from day one, its the cheapest holiday we have ever had and also the best. the pics dont do it justice. i have already recommended it to friends who will be booking up for next year. its our 3rd visit to bulgaria and i wouldnt book any where else after this.
