Great villa, great location, nice easy walk to town centre. Comfortable and spacious. Helpful owner, lots to do in area.
October was a super time to go as the temperature was more bearable than summer - good for sight seeing. Downside of solar hot water is that on rainy days (we had a couple of spectacular thunderstorms) the water does not really heat up so showers were cold!

I write to confirm that we all had a fantastic holiday. The villa was excellent and in a superb location, ideal for an easy stroll to the centre of Dalyan.
 
We found the area to be very friendly and the food was excellent. and 
the villa was absolutely fantastic and we wouldnt hesitate in returning and we would certainly recommend the villa and its location.

We were a family of four and Villa Deniz was ideal for our needs. We enjoyed the comfortable family setting with the pool on the doorstep away from the bustle of the town centre. There were great trips available from tour guides who collect from your doorstep. Just ten to fifteen minutes walk away the "co-op" buses and boats do the same trips (also with air-conditioning) for considerably less money. Dalyan also caters for our teenagers in terms of reasonably priced and safe bar, restaurants and nightclubs.

We were really looking forward to our holiday in Dalyan at the villa Martin but were very disappointed .There is nothing wrong with the villa except the photo that shows the front view of the villa is actually the adjoining villa and not villa martin !! Also the villa says suitable for families but there is a turkish caretaker who is arrogant and aggresive and makes it very clear that children are not welcome at this complex he  wont let children jump or splash in the pool and watches you all day from his house and shouts be quiet to the children all day long .It is very intimidating and makes you very uncomfortable .He put two signs on the wall saying no noise or jumping in the pool. Our 12 year old daughter got very upset and this caused us as a family to complain and we got moved to a different villa which was child friendly .NEVER AGAIN .The villa is on a private complex and is the only one rented out it should be for retired or people or couples with no children.

Villa Martin was lovely and met our families expectations. It was fantastic value for money. The photos are well taking as the lounge and kitchen were smaller than expected but it caused no problem as we spent little/no time in lounge!  The pool is quite deep throughout  and therefore children need to be watched. As a group of 6 we could have done with a larger fridge as it was so hot we needed lots of cold drinks! We used the bbq but the restaurants were a 5min walk so we tried several of these,  they were well priced and lots of traditional foods which was great to see.   Dalyan was very safe very friendly and very clean. We will deffinately return to Dalyan and to Vill Martin. Have reccomended the property already. Thank You Villa Renters!!

Villa Martin does not directly overlook the shared pool, but is tucked back about 15 yards which gives it a lot more privacy that the other properties. 

The villa was lovely and met all our needs. It is situated in a nice quiet, peaceful part of Dalyan within very easy reach of the town centre by foot (5 minutes) and by bikes (provided by the owner).

We have already recommended the villa to some of our friends and would definitely go back ourselves.

This villa was in a beautiful location, not far from the main street, the villa is beautiful inside, has everything you need, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay :)

This Villa does exactly what it says, it is close to  the town centre, it really is only a five minute walk away, the villa was clean and tidy, the washing machine is a huge bonus as is the ironing board and iron, towels are included, hairdryer, you really just need to bring yourself and your empty suitcase for all the bargains you are going to bring home, the villa has great neighbours and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this villa!  Enjoy your stay!

There were 5 of us altogether who stayed in this villa, four adults and one child. We could not wish for a better place to stay. 
The villa was spacious, clean and homely.
We all loved the pool too which was well maintained, fresh and clear.
i would certainly go back and stay there and recommend to anyone.
