The villa was lovely, everything you need for a two week holiday. The beds were comfortable and the outside space allowed you to find the sun or shade depending on the time of day. The pool was a great bonus and we all made good use of it. Gill and Ian were available if needed and the welcome pack was handy to get started on arrival. We would recommend this property if you are in the area and will book again if available.

If you want a relaxing holiday then this is it.  Everything you need is in walking distance.Ian and Gill the agents were very helpful.The local bar Paddys Point serve good food and value for money.

The location of the property is a little remote, however it does provide a quiet and private holiday.  

The property itself is spacious and is extremely well equipped.  Rooms were comfortably furnished and the air conditioning was much needed.  The provisions in the villa were second to none.  Every bedroom had converter sockets, sufficient storage, hairdryers, air conditioning, plenty of towels and also 2 beach or outdoor towels............and also, fairly comfortable beds.  The kitchen had basically everything you could need.  Lots of dvds, books and games provided if you needed them (we didint-but they were there all the same). TV (with English channels) to help entertain children when they were not in the pool.

Outside - pool was great and there was also a shed with inflatables, an outside jenga game, plenty of sunbeds and chairs too.
The location was remote and there wasnt an awful lot in the surrounding area.  However the information provided in the property was extensive and there was information on where to eat out, shop etc.

The electrics werent 100% reliable, but having holidayed in other areas of Spain, think this is the case throughout the country.  Once wed worked out what could go on at any one time and what time of day there seemed to be more power available, we were fine.  

Villa management was also excellent.  We had a problem with the air conditioning units in 2 rooms.  Within 2 days, one unit was replaced and the other was fixed - and this was at a weekend.  Pool was also cleaned twice a week.

Unfortunately, although the area is very remote, one of the villas had opened up as a bar, fairly nearby.  This meant the weekends were pumped with loud music.  At times, you couldnt sit outside and have a conversation because the music was so loud.  Also, the language used in some of the English songs played, were not suitable for children.  Not the nicest language to be played so loudly when children are in the pool.  Thankfully the music was only this loud from Saturday afternoon / evening through to Sunday night.  Everything was quiet again during the week.

To summarise...........yes, we were very happy with all aspects of the villa.  It was nice to know that the villa management - Ian and Gill were available if needed.  I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful villa with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.  Real home from home and a lot more.  Spotless accommodation and the outside area is well kept too.
Would recommend a car, although there is a well stocked supermarket on the complex and the golf restaurant is very comfortable and produce some lovely food, a little more variety of places to eat within walking distance would have made the holiday complete.
Overall though, beautiful place, clean and well looked after.
Would definately go back.

the villa more then meet our expectation.The owner was very helpful gave us perfect directions to the place.the pool and hot tub with the heater worked great .The hot tub could have been hotter no way to adjust.

We had a good stay at this villa in February 2009. The location is convenient and the amenities were good.

Lots of available space in this well kept and furnished villa.

We did have an issue with no pool heat that we paid extra for. Now the owner refuses to refund.

An excellent rating would be provided if the owner took responsibility to compensate for no pool heat.
