It was our first time in the the villa, excellent facilities, very friendly atmosphere in the estate, accommodation great with great views from both balconies of Kusadasi.

the price was very good and every thing was satisfactory. but the Internet and media system didnt work properly. although we call several times for fixing these problems, we didnt get proper answer. however we didnt have enough time for spending on them. overall it was wonderfull, the price, the view, the pool, the location and the cleaness of the property was special. I hope that I can go back soon.

Hi June We have had a great holiday at your Villa in Kusadasi the weather was just brilliant up in the 30&#039s most days so am looking quite healthy. We found the food and the people were just great the gang at the Casablanca were really nice and made us feel most welcome. We did a couple of trips one over to Samos and the other to Pamukkale which was a very good day out am sure you have been, but it was just lovely to lie back and enjoy the sun on your sun terrace. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!! Your villa is excellent value for money, it contains everything you need for a stress free relaxing break, including TV, DVDs, IPod docking station, as well as washing machine, iron, microwave, towels and even family games and books to read. It is very comfortable and well looked after and the swimming pools are so inviting and right outside your door. The location is ideal, 5 minutes away from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the supermarket and as it&#039s on a small and very well maintained site, it&#039s also quite private and not too noisy.We will be returning next year and have recommended you to our family and friends. Our stay at Ronald &#038 June’s Olive Grove Villa, Kusadasi, June 2010 My husband and I stayed at the above villa for two weeks at the end of June 2010. The villa is very well appointed and caters for your every need. From excellent cooking facilities, laundry, household gadgets, you name it is there. The rooms are all spacious and bright with balconies on every floor. The views are wonderful. Berol the guard is always on hand and gives a very relaxed and safe feel to the area. The villa is located about three miles out of town. This enables you either to enjoy a quiet day at the lovely pool just outside the villa or a day in the centre of Kusadasi or a trip to any of the numerous beaches and amenities in this area. A Dolmus service &#040mini buses&#041 runs continually all day until midnight. The stop is located at the bottom of the hill leading up to the villa. A nice stroll in the morning or evening. Three times a day the dolmus runs past the villa itself if you don’t feel like a walk. The dolmus drivers always waits for you, even if you are only half way down the hill, like we were most days and the fare is minimal. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the area itself to friends and strangers alike. Our holiday was first class. We will be going back! Norman &#038 Sandee Mackenzie

We would give your villa 10/10. It was lovely and we couldn&#039t have asked for more. It had everything we needed inside &#040lovely furniture, showers, hot water, air con, kitchen stuff etc&#041, the pool was clean, the complex was clean, Berol was nice and although his English wasn&#039t very good he tried to be as helpful as he could. The only negative thing was that there were no street lights on the road leading to the complex, which made it impossible to walk anywhere in the evenings &#040I suppose we could have used a torch&#041 but once we got the hang of haggling for taxis it wasn&#039t so bad. I had a superb time at Villa Mackay. Sitting on the roof terrace watching the sun set and then the lights coming on in the town below was so relaxing. The villa had all mod cons and the pool was lovely.
