Loved our stay and the apartment was just as described with everything you needed. Kay ensured everything was perfect from the airport transfers to the extensive directions for finding our way around.  We made good use of the roof terrace and the front balcony to just relax and enjoy the views. We don't often go back to the same area twice but if we do then I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Kay's Villa, it was exactly as described.  It has everything you need for a self catering holiday and is equipped  with a generous supply of towels and linen. I can't think  of anything that was missing.  The pool area is lovely and well cared for as are all the surrounding properties.There are supermarkets about 5-10 minutes walk away. The transfers both from and to the airport were very efficient by Phil. All in all we had a lovely holiday in Torrevieija, it is a lovely city we were amazed at how big it is.  The promenade is beautiful and you can walk forever, it is also flat.  There are hundreds of restaurants serving everything you can think of and some lovely bars to watch the world go by.  We found the local people very friendly and welcoming and I would recommend it if you would like to experience a real Spanish way of life.

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in torrevieja, Kay the owner was very helpful and nothing was any problem , the apartment was immaculate and everything was there for your stay, the area was perfect as everything was close by, the communal pool was cleaned every day, supermarkets and shops were easy to get to and local taxi,s were cheap to go further, everyone on the complex were very friendly the food in nearby restaurants was very good and good value for money, the sun terrace in the apartment was very private and gave wonderful views of torrevieja, as said if you are planning a holiday to torrevieja then book this apartment you won,t be disappointed with either the location or the apartment, many thanks to Kay for making this an enjoyable holiday, and will definetly be booking again next year

The villa is lovely and airy and clean.  Well equipped - travel plugs, hairdryer, straighteners, washing machine, lots of towels including some pool towels, well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave.  TV, DVD player, small stereo, CDs, DVDs.  Books to read.  We put the hot water on for an hour or two a day and this was plentiful for three of us.  Air con worked fine and two freestanding fans.  Plenty of tables, chairs, sun loungers - as per the photos.  Nice plants - do help by watering them! Even fairy lights on the balcony for the evening!  All in all very homely.

The shaded balcony overlooking the pool was lovely for afternoon lunches and late evening meals in the August heat.  The views from the sun terrace over Torrevieja are wonderful.

The villa is well located as per the description.  We didn't hire a car, but everything we needed was in walking distance.  The shopping trolley was really useful.  My teenage children were very dubious about using it at first, but were soon happy to pull it back laden with goodies from the Carrefour hypermarket!  We visited the old church, new church and the marina.  There are many places to eat in the town centre, so plenty of choice for all tastes.

We found a little bar that did nice food a little further behind the 24 hour shop - Bar La Esquina.  Near to this is a small supermarket (Dialprix) that has its own bakery and we got our bread from here most days. 10mins from villa.  

The Parc of Nations is lovely for a stroll and we had a picnic there on one of the many benches.  The Friday market (10:00-14:00) is huge, sells everything! and well worth a visit.  A nice shady tree lined walk to get there. (15/20 mins)

The pool is lovley and clean and large compared to many others.  There is an attendant in July and August.  The pool was open from 10am to 10pm in August.  Many other visitors in the pool were Spanish but other nationalities and a few British too. Long hair must be tied back.  Very friendly family atmosphere.

Kay was very helpful with the booking and also arranged door to door private transfers for us which was great.  45 mins from Alicante airport.

We would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Had a fabulous time again.  This was our fourth year and we had a great holiday, very relaxing and flat was spotless as usual.
Had everything we needed for a great holiday.  Feels like home.   Pool is fab and my daughter and her friend loved it.

Lovely apartment on a quiet , clean and family oriented complex . It is situated on the  first floor overlooking the pool and garden . Its equipped with all you could need for your stay right down to books to read . The apartment has air con and fans though we didn't use the air con as short bursts on the fans was enough . . We felt there was plenty of space and all the comforts of home , with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy a cooling drink and a large solarium to sunbathe and take in the views . The walk to the marina and beaches is around 10-15minutes , there are a variety of restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walk too . So plenty of choice . We would recommend a stroll around the Park of Nations , two minutes away , very relaxed atmosphere .
So all in all a lovely peaceful haven  in a busy Spanish town with all the comforts of home .

This our third year staying at this apartment and we love it, it overlooks lovely pool Nd is very central  for accessing the twin, shops etc. The apartment has loads of home comforts and Kay the owner is a pleasure to deal with and provides loads of great information about the area.  the area is very Soanish which we like and we hope to go back next year again.

Where do we start....From day one of making our booking the communication with the owner was brilliant, a response to every question that my hubby bombarded at Kay (the owner) was answered very promptly, sometimes within minutes! She arranged for us to be collected from Alicante airport by a very lovely gentleman called Phil, he was very friendly &amp; helpful, he made the journey to the apartment enjoyable. On arrival there was a nice bottle of wine &amp; 2 glasses on the table to greet us! :-) a lovely touch!
We stayed there for 2 lovely weeks &amp; had a wonderful holiday, there was 'everything' you possibly needed in the apartment, we took advantage of the BBQ on the roof terrace several times during our stay, we spent many hours soaking up the sun, playing cards &amp; listening to music upon the roof terrace! There is a lovely residents only pool area directly in front, which I did use to cool down on a few occasions! It is very clean &amp; well kept. The balcony over looks the pool &amp; it was lovely in a morning to sit with a coffee &amp; relax. We chose to do shopping locally &amp; cook in the apartment as well as dine out on a few occasions... there is a lidl &amp; Carrefour within walking distance &amp; a 24hr local shop that does awesome fresh bread &amp; cakes. There was a shopping trolley on hand to use for shopping which was brill to save carrying bags.
We loved the apartment &amp; enjoyed watching the British TV channels of an evening when we did not go out.
If you are looking to hire a car there is a Gold car office within a 2 minute walk, we hired a car for 5 days at a very reasonable price, we ventured much further afield to explore &amp; visit friends also. 
Torrevija itself is very clean &amp; there are many wonderful places to eat..... we found a bar on the beach &amp; sat looking out to sea while enjoying nice cold jug of sangria!!! We would recommend this lovely apartment,  it is very well situated with just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach &amp; harbour. We will DEFINATLY be returning next year!! 
We holiday in this area most years &amp; book through Clickstay but I have to say this is by far our best overall experience with the owner (Kay) making it so easy &amp; hassle free. :-) Thank you.

Lovely apt great location kay the owner could not do enough for left us some milk for a cuppa and also are arrangements for us to be picked up from airport and return. It was very hot so you needed the air con on it was a very loverly place to relax overlooking the pool which I was very nice spotlessly clean yes i would recommend  kays apt  thanks again kay and Phil x
