We had a lovely stay at Villa Lee it is like a home from home it was clean comfortable,  we used the pools on on quite a few occasions  it was easy to get to the parks from there there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways on the 192 to choose from there is everything you need in the Villa for a holiday would recommend it would stay again it is a quiet well maintained  site with excellent security thank you Brian and Moira

The resort of Vista Del Lago is a great location for Disney. It is quick and easy to get to. It is safe and quiet. We didn’t use the pools (the weather wasn’t great) but they looked clean and quiet.
The villa is as stated. It is a little dated, and as such not sparkly clean. It had all the facilities that we needed, and was absolutely fit for purpose. 
We would stay here again as it is great value and a fantastic location. We also had great easy correspondence with the owner who was

We stayed in villa Lee the 1st 2 wks of January 2109. The villa was much bigger than it looked in the advertisement, which was great . It had everything you needed. The area is quiet and beautiful. It was close to Disney and only 20-30mins from Universal, depending on traffic.  The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom squeaks a lot !  But otherwise it was like home from home . We wouldn’t hesitate booking again in the future . Thank you xx

Lovely well appointed villa with everything you could hope for in a villa.  Plenty of space for our family of 5, the villa had no problems with the usual infestations, (cockroaches or such). The villa is located within a large gated, very quiet, clean and well maintained community with restaurants close by, around 15 minutes walk, or quicker if driving!

Checking in is easy enough, although there is a nominal non-refundable charge for the gate key.  Previous families left bits and pieces behind for use by the next family, which was very helpful, and we followed suit!

All in all we would happily recommend this villa to anyone and will gladly use this villa again in the future, should we manage over to the States again.

My family were actually surprised with the place, they loved it. The place was big and had enough space for everyone. It felt like I was home. It had all the amenities  people have in their own house. I even found plastic rain coats in one of the kitchen cabinets drawer and used them. The kitchen was spacious and had all the needed utensils and gadgets. Every room had its privacy and nice beds. The master room was comfortable and cozy. The only one thing I would like to suggest is that the owner should update the furniture to a more modern look and apply color to the walls.

We rented this villa recently from the clickstay website. The owners Brian and Moira were very helpful answering our queries. 
The villa was amazing.I don't think the pictures do it justice. The villa is a lot bigger than we were expecting. It was well equipped throughout. We stayed there just after Brian and Moira and they kindly left us some provisions to be going on with! Much appreciated!
The location was perfect with a Wallmart 5 minutes away and a number of shops and restaurants just outside the complex. It was also only 15minutes from Disney with easy access to the I4 to get to all the other parks.
I would highly recommend this villa to others wanting a clean and comfortable base for their holiday and wouldn’t hesitate booking it again when we return to Florida.

I booked the villa this year as we were very disappointed with our so called 4 star hotel last year. When I found the villa on the website and contacted the owners they were nothing but helpful from the very first message. We decided to get married and again the owners were very helpful with ideas and recommendations. The villa was perfect for what we needed. 3 large bedrooms with more than ample room for clothes. Kitchen well equipped with all you need for your stay. Fresh beds made up on arrival and loads of information from previous holidaymakers giving advise. Wal-Mart only 5 minutes away with restaurants and takeaway just outside the complex. The locals are very friendly with lots of tips on where to go etc. The facilities for family or couples are brilliant. 3 swimming pools, 2 spas, pool room, internet room, tennis courts plus more. 

We are definitely going to stay again next year and have already contacted the owners saying so and thanking them for a great stay and for all the help and advice given to us.

Just returned from hols to Orlando rented this property and would like to say what a lovely place to stay and would definately recommend this villa to any one looking for some where to stay excellent estate to stay at Brian &amp; Moira are great people to deal with very quick response to any query you have  would,nt hesitate to rent it again thanks Brian &amp; Gill
