I stayed at the villas in July 2018 as a large group of four families with children age between 6 and 17. This is my second stay at the villas. The villas were clean and perfect for a family group trip away. The gardens were lovely, cared for and perfect for adults relaxing or for children playing. There is not much within walking distance so car hire or ordering taxis is a must if you want to get out and about. There were a few issues throughout our stay such as a broken toaster, however, this was resolved very quickly by a phone call to the office and the toaster was replaced. Arenal beach area was perfect to travel to for the beach, water activities or for lovely restaurants. I will definitely return to Javea, and also I would book using the same company who were helpful in resolving any issues. The main issue with these particular villas though was mosquito bites. We had taken mosquito repellent, however, we were still badly bitten when sitting in the garden at night. This was the only downside to these villas and it may be due to the plush garden full of plants and trees, therefore may be difficult to control. I would definitely recommend lots of mosquito repellant if visiting as there does appear to be a problem with the mosquitos. I will definitely return to Javea, although I would probably book accommodation closer to Arenal beach and avoid the plush, grassy area at Tosalet to try and avoid being bitten in future visits. Other than mosquitos it was a lovely holiday in a perfect location.

Exactly the type of holiday we were after, we booked last minute and chose the property because of the pictures and price and couldnt have been happier with our choice.  The apartment was fairly basic but had everything we needed, also the view from the terrace was amazing as was the cascading pool - just perfect.

The house is really nice and pleasant.

The decoration is tasty (and its a good point compared with the other properties we could see in the area absolutly dumpy)

The pool is definitly a joke, is more like a bath.

The house is under-equiped (no microwave, no toaster, no small brush in the toilet, just one sunbathing - for 5 persons-, there arent enough cutlery....

très belle villa, avec une piscine qui sest révélée indispensable. les employés venus réglés des problèmes techniques pour la piscine et pour une chasse deau cassées ont été très agréables. il faut tout de même prendre la voiture pour effectuer une sortie. la centre ville de Javéa se trouve à environ 10 minutes en voiture et la plage de sable aussi, cependant, les criques sont plus agréables et moins touristiques.

Beautiful views all round, nice setting and well equipped kitchen.  Pool and outside seating dining areas are especially lovely.  Overall a very nice villa in a great location near town, beach, nature, etc.  Car port for 2 cars in the shade also a nice little bonus in the summer heat!

Only criticisms are that the villa is a little tricky to find at night with the directions provided and a welcome package with essentials such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, milk, tea bags, etc for guests arriving when all the shops are shut would be hugely appreciated.

I stayed at this property on a business trip along with two collegues. The Villa was absolutely stunning, the attention to detail was incredible. The owners were extremely heplful and charming but non intrusive. The area was extremely quiet and in a beautiful spot. The only negative comment I have is that the photographs make you believe the property is much bigger than it actually is. The rooms appear wider, when in actual fact they are quite narrow. This didnt affect our stay, as we consisted of a party of three, however I feel larger parties of five or six may find this too compact.
I would definatley recomend.
