Excellent property, and great location. The property was very well equipped.  The kitchen was  modern and had up to date appliances, as was the washer and dryer.  The house was very clean on arrival.  For those who love gaming there are numerous games to play.  Great for families with children keeping them entertained.  The pool was lovely, it can be heated if required. Nice sunbeds to relax on.   There is a lovely view from the Lanai, which is also a nice place to sit and relax.  This property has four bedrooms.  I think it had 3 bathrooms but maybe wrong. I would certainly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.  Would have liked to have stayed longer than a week, but we were on a two centre three week holiday and moved to another Clickstay property for the rest of our stay. The safe key was not provided as expected. It is only a small safe but handy for some items. There was a note to say that someone from the management company would call on a certain day and time but they didn't turn up despite waiting in.  I telephoned about the key and was told that they had it.  Not sure why. Never got it.  It would have helped if there was information on when to put the rubbish bins out. The bins were in the garage which was locked and i had to email the management company for instruction. These comments has no reflection on the property, and as said we would highly recommend it. Wow! What a wonderful stay we have had. I can not praise Dave enough. He provided us with heaps of in depth information that was extremely helpful. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. The villa was wonderful, the most well equipped and comfortable villa I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! This was our first holiday with our children and it was truly magical! It was comfortable, clean and a perfect location. The super fast WiFi really helped in the evening with connecting with friends and family. The kids loved the PC and Xbox and the pool. It was a home from home and we loved it so much we are hoping to visit again in February and would definitely book to stay here again! 

Some top tips for others: 

Bring teabags with you if not they sell them in the exotic isle in Publix but they are pricey. 

Take pack lunches and water bottles with you to the parks with you to the parks it will save you literally thousands and you can refill the bottles from the water fountains. 

Universal parking is free after 6.00pm it’s a lot cooler and less busy at this time and we managed to get on more rides than on the days we had been there all day. I recommend the express pass for universal as some of the queues are 3 hours+ long. 

We loved our stay and we can’t wait to go back! We feel really lucky that we managed to stay in such a fantastic villa. It really made our vacation perfect!

This was our third visit to the White Rose villa, and we already look forward to next time. This place is perfect for a family holiday. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, with everything in working order. The pool area is super! The location is also good, nice and quiet but with only a short distance to parks and shopping.

This villa was very nice and met my expectations with the exception of having to do my own laundry such as washing the sheets and towels. But overall I was satisfied and would visit again.

White Rose Villa is a perfect spot to relax and base yourself for an Orlando break.  The villa is as described with many additional facilities to keep anyone occupied that arent in the description.  It has everything you need for a home from home.  

A few tips:  there is a great supermarket nearby, although its a little expensive.  Theres a Wallmart on the 192, which is far cheaper if youre passing.  When you arrive in Orlando, go to the villa before food shopping.  Theres a great system in the villa for people to leave bits they had leftover such as condiments and unused, unopened food.  See what’s there before you shop.  When out of the peak season, leave the cover on the pool, thatll help keep it warm for you and the next guests.  Water takes ages to warm up without it!

All in all, a fantastic villa.  As always, theres going to be minor points for improvement.  The sun loungers are a little uncomfortable and showing their age but still perfectly good.  The pillows in the bedrooms have seen better days but are clean!  The pump &amp; filter for the pool next-door is quite annoyingly loud but theres not much anyone can do about that, just turn up the music!

Cant wait to go back!

We had a fabulous time in this villa. It had everything we needed and more!  It was very well situated for Disney and only a short drive to the wonderful shopping outlets! This was an excellent holiday.

we have been to florida on twenty or so occasions and stayed in many villas, if we could take the best of each villa that suited ourselves and rolled them into one we would make combined perfect holiday villa that would be White Rose Villa
we could not find fault with the cleanliness,location.comfort, and the feeling of being at home.

This beautiful villa was in the perfect location, close to Disney and the all-important I-4. The local shops were really useful and only a short drive away.  The villa inside was spacious and well kept with everything you could wish for - a real "home from home". The outside pool area and surrounding grounds were very well maintained, but we found pool heating a must at this time of year. The pc was a real boon both for ourselves and the children. We would definitely love to stay in the "White Rose Villa" again and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Anne and Dave for the wonderful communication and the use of your lovely home.

The house exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The only thing I might suggest is that you place instructions on how to use the VCR &amp; Playstation unit in the Living Room- we never could figure that out and we had to watch movies in the bedroom versus watching them in the living room.
When we come back to Disney we will definitely book with you again!
