Absolutely amazing villa. Very good location; close to the local supermarkets bars and restaurants. 
We stayed for two weeks, the pool was cleaned a couple of times and Linen was changed once. (Which we were aware of when booking). The villa was beautiful inside and out. The only negative comment was upon arrival (late at night) although the villa looked cleaned and tidy, the floors throughout had not been cleaned. Our feet were filthy from only having a look around and had to wash our feet before heading to bed. 
Overall we would recommend this villa and would rebook again if visiting Nissi Beach again.

This was our first holiday abroad with our 1 yr old and it was perfect. Close to the shops, close to nissi beach where we went to everyday and the pool was just superb. Very chilled and relaxed holiday just as we had hoped. Will book again in the future. Villa was clean, tidy and had everything we needed inside. Marc was amazing at getting back to me and helping me with any questions that I had.

Overall we were very pleased with our villa, it was in a pleasant area close to shops restaurants and the beach all within a 5 minute walk. having a private pool was enjoyable and the garden area was very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again. Had a great local taxi firm that looked after us very well.

The villa was beautifully clean and well looked after. Outside by the pool was excellent and plenty of room to sunbathe. Comfortable sun beds and because of the position of the villa you could be in the sun all day. The villa is located in a brilliant area, 5 min walk to the beach and local restaurants/ supermarket etc. Please use the Taxi's recommended by the owner as they are lovely and never overcharge you. If you do have any problems whilst your there (which I'm sure you won't!) Sean who looks after the villa will be there asap to sort things out! All in all myself and my family loved it and will definitely be returning.

Had a lovely relaxing week with 2 friends. We were close to all amenities which we could walk to or use our hire care to venture further.
 There was 2 broken sun loungers which were reported to owner and replaced the next day.
Have booked again for next year.

Lovely villa - very spacious....  Living room, loo, small perfectly formed kitchen and lounge downstairs and then two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.  Free wifi which works and TV showing English programmes (although we didn't watch) - and lovely pool and sun loungers / tables / BBQ outside.  Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of it all.  Air con worked well so nice and cool.  Felt very secure and there is a little safe in the bedroom for valuables.
Literally a 5 minute walk to Nissi Beach and 2 minutes to local tavernas / bars and supermarkets.  About 10 mins and 8 euros in a cab to Ayia Napa.....  
Really good value for money - and we would definitely recommend James at grabthatcab if you need taxis/airport transfers - he was a star.....
All in all, really recommended - our only gripes were a lack of mirrors and hooks, but given we were three girls, that probably says more about us than the villa!!!! :-)

The house is great , the place is truly magical . The villa is very quiet and we had no problems with noise from other neighbors. Near the beach, market , pharmacy and restaurants. The very attentive owner and serves us very well , we are very pleased .We want to return soon
