Overall for the holiday we had and the fun our party of ten enjoyed, the trip was 5/5.
Value for money again 5/5
The hosts again 5/5 lovely people who greeted us warmly and had a few essentials ready for us as since by the time we arrived late in the evening the supermarkets were closed, also responses to emails etc throughout the pre holiday period excellent, Will even turned up on the second morning to give as a quick tour of the local area.
The pics of the villa do not do it justice on the raised area above the pool has a large gazebo with seating for ten, many happy evenings around this area with its built in bbq, sink, fridge and cd player, the  pool is larger in the flesh and even with all ten splashing about there is plenty of room, on the downside the pool is surrounded by lovely tiles pleasing on the eye but when wet “slip city” so keep your pool shoes on, you have been warned, the plan next year is to cover the tiles in astro turf this is hot underfoot but far safer.
The villa is clean and well appointed very very nice everything you need is there for you just bring beach towels.[even a dishwasher and washing machine]
Downstairs is cooler!! a small twin room is ensuite to a main double bedroom that in turn has a ensuite bathroom, there is a open plan lounge area with tv with kitchenette and table and another very large master double bedroom with shower room, up the stairs main lounge kitchen dining area large tv, comfy sofa under an air con unit [few fights to get under this as was a very hot week 30 in the shade] two more smaller rooms one twin one double.
All rooms are serviced by fans but especially on the first floor it gets so hot of an evening, were not seasoned heat worshipers so struggled a bit that said if you wander out on the first floor veranda there is a breeze from the coast to cool you down and a couple of small sofas to relax on.
[When doing your research you will probably find full airconditioned villas are far more expensive and the units have pay as you go cards that very few owners mention so can add a huge cost to your holiday AS SAID THIS PLACE IS 5/5 VALUE FOR MONEY
Ok the location my view you need a car [we had three] or if you fancy a twenty minute walk in over thirty degrees up cardiac hill be my guest, bottom of said hill a supermarket couple of restaurants down the road a bit and around the corner a very impressive supermarket, golf course not much else, we ate in every night and did a few trips, Beach is a ten minute drive very nice but my view poolside at the villa beats it every time.
Great holiday no regrets.
