I stayed here for nearly three weeks with my partner, another couple and a baby and we loved this property.
It has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday, it was a fantastic size, within a lovely area (although it is a good 20 minutes walk out of the complex to amenities so car would be needed) otherwise we loved every aspect and would certainly consider staying here again!

Fantastic villa and location. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets etc. within a few minutes, especially along the US 192. 25 minutes from Disney parks and 40 minutes from Universal parks. Great communication from the owner prior to the visit. Would definitely recommend.

This Villa was located in a great location and avoided a lot of the major traffic. There was 6 of us who stayed in this villa and it was very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts that were available in the development. I highly recommend to anyone to rent this villa. We will hopefully be back again next year at this same place.

This villa is in a lovely gated community that is very close to highway 192 via US 27 and easy access to Disney (15 mins). Universal is around 30 minutes if traffic is good. Home is very clean and has everything you need for a great relaxing trip. Management company are very responsive to queries. Layout of villa is perfect for 2 families as bedrooms are split between both floors. Villa was perfect for us (4 adults and 3 kids) and was great value for money. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely return.

we had a wonderful stay at this property, the whole booking process was very easy and everything was as stated. The pool area is lovely and the child safety fence was perfect to keep our little ones in one place. We felt very safe and secure in this gated community and would highly recommend this property after visiting Florida on many occasions.

Timely return to our favourite property in Olrando. The facilities are as described coupled with an excellent location and security of a gated community. There is evidence of a refresh of the facilities and decoration seen in a new washer/ drier. A little niggle with the air conditioner was quickly rectified. Overall, I would recommend this property for any medium or large family who are looking for a high standard accommodation with easy access to the theme parks. Booking and contact with the owner is seamless.

Perfect in every way. Can't recommend this villa enough, we have stayed in a few and they have all been nice. However this villa was faultless. Everything was perfect, clean, beautifully presented, equipped with all the things you need on holiday. We wished we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The owner was very helpfully, we had no cause to contact the management company but I have no doubt they would have resolved any problems promptly and the owner was easily contactable in any event. The pictures, whilst lovely and were the reason I picked this house, just don't do it justice. Totally fab villa and certainly helped to make our holiday fantastic.
