Nice villa for 8 people+ 1 baby,there is 2 double and two twin bedroom,doubles have own bathroom,and one more bathroom is for others. living room has a sofabed,but not a good place for sleeping.The property has all you need for self catering,also washing and dish machines.
The pool is clean but solar heated,so when it´s clowdy or cold weather,it is not warm.The front yard is big and there is privacy from neighbourgs.
The villa is not in the middle of Playa del Ingles or near the beach,but nearest supermarket is quite near and taxi is so cheap if you don´t want  to walk so much around.
The owners were nice and we had late check out for free.
The place was clean,all we miss was  Wi-Fi and vacuum cleaner,there is no cleaning during holiday.

VILLA WITH PRIVATE SOLAR HEATED POOL

Our stay at this villa was very enjoyable and also very relaxing, would definetly recommend to friends and family.  Ideal location for socialising and costs of taxis to and from the villa was excellent value, although the villa was within walking distance to main centres and beach.

The location could not have been better.  Very quiet (2nd week in November) but within easy walking distance to both the beach and a good selec tion of restaurants.  The pool was ample for our party (7) and had good secluded views of the surrounding area.

The property itself was  little worse for wear. One bed had worn sheets and sqeaked at every movement and another had a stained pillow case. These I may add were changed immediatly after a phone call to those responsible for the management.

The property was rated for ten people but provided only two saucepans.  Three occational lights did not work.  Locks on some windows did not work. One or two of the pool loungers were broken.  The downstairs shower was a little small to shower comfortably.  The master bedroom shower doors were easily dislodged from the bottom guides and one of the sinks had no plug.

No batteries were in any of the remote controls for the TV equipment.  New batteries were supplied when the sheet and pillow case were changed.

It was evedent that this property was originally built for 6-8 and the original lounge had been converted in to a bedroom, with the result that only glass doors separated it from the back of the TV in the lounge, thus disturbing any early-to-bed occupiers. One bedroomm downstairs was locked and therefore no comment could be made on this room.

Ten people seating round a dining table for eight would not have been comfortable.

If all these small but essential problems were addressed, the property would have been excellent.

Recommendations to friends would be accompanied by the above comments as the location for our party was excellent.

VILLA in San Agustin

We all enjoyed our weeks stay at Villa Grecia this August. Great bedrooms with en-suite &amp; other roms adequate.  Kitchen fully equipped and lounge comfortable with large flat screen TV and DVD etc. Also music player for your enjoyment. Outside had a handy b-b-q and plenty of seats, loungers and the pool was excellent with many inflateables &amp; kids safety equipment for your use. Perhaps a litle more shade could have made his excellent but all in all a very enjoyable stay. The location was also good-not much noise but within a stones throw you were in the entertainment city.  Gary (the owner) was very friendly &amp; helpful and I would recommend this villa to any family / group.

This was absolutely fantastic!  there was 5 of us adults and 4 children, we were looked after extremely well.  The pool,even though quite small with no shallow end, was great for the kids as they could easily get from one side to the other and plenty of room for lilos.  There were ample sunbeds with sun all day long and great bbq area with outdoor seating.
The bedrooms were spacious, bright and airy and the washing machine and dishwasher came in very handy!  
The games room in the basement was used regularly and the kids were never bored. 
In easy walking distance to shops and taxis available at the end of the road and good value.
Overall we had a fab time and will definately be booking again in the near future.

VILLA Las Palmeras

First impressions were fantastic, and it got better from then on in!  Yes, there are a few very small missing tiles around the pool and some paint is coming off in minor areas (see last review), but don't be put off, this is an absolutely superb villa.  Our 2 kids (aged 4 and 9), were very safe behind 3 secure doors to get to the road, and a pool area that is amost impossible to escape!
All we could hear at night were the crickets!  No traffic noise at all.
Walking distance away from the local supermarkets and restaurants.  10-15 mins walk from the nice beach at San Agustin.  You even get your own car parking space!
What I didn't realise is that all the villas are above road level on a hillside and consequently you feel well away from the road and very private.  The sun hits the pool areas at about mid morning, and stays on the pool until late evening (August).  The best suntrap I have ever experienced.
If you are considering this villa, book it!  You will not be disappointed.

Great location for a group of 8 golfers.

A maid service to change towels/sheets about Friday would improve the rating to excellent.

A very nicely furnished apartment in a nice quiet area. The pool area was nice and clean and tidy and provided a very relaxing area to sunbathe/swim.

The resort amenities of The Tomb of the Kings road is only a short ten minute walk away as is Paphos Old Town. Paphos marina is a 10 minute bus / car jouney away.

The only small negatives were that the Sky TV was limited to 2 channels that lasted about 20 mins and a parasoll on the pation table would have been a bonus.

All in all a really good apartment for the money!!

villa generally good throughout.

only areas of problem are the pool area: several broken and cracked tiles/ also painted blue surfaces: paint coming off.

check the handles in the shower rooms:loose
check the connection to the general shower:loose

few minor problems to solve will make an excellent property.

We spent two weeks over Christmas and New Year 2012/13. We were very happy with the house and with the service that the owners gave us. Despite the weekends replaced a broken washing machine in a day.
The house is well planned and has plenty of room.
