Hello,
My name is Petrea Dumitru,I had a reservation from the date 25.08 until 06.09 on the villa with the code 62 513.We arrived in Kusadasi at around 16 near Cypress Hill complex, not knowing the exact street I called Mr. Robert Daniels, has not answered his wife answered the phone, I called again and talked to him and told him where we are to come take us to the house, Mr. Daniels was delayed considerably and we come back with two calls.
: Arriving at the house we found that it was not equipped with baby cot and baby chair, although the description of the villa on the website stated that it is, baby friendly, and mention that I asked via email and received cot and chair I confirm that I will find there, and Mr. Daniels laughed and told me it looked, I would like to mention that the child is under 1 year old, I promised that the next day will bring my baby cot.
: Mr. Daniels did not bring a cot and did not call, I had to move the bed against the wall to sleep baby, one night I found the child full of ants because the bed was against the wall.
: I had problems with the cooking hob is defective, we cooked food on the grill a few days buying coal and wood worth of 40 liras. Someday pool attendant called her his wife Mr. Daniels and explained the situation, did not come to see what it is about.
: According to the contract we have released villa on 6.09 at 12, noting that Mr. Daniels was announced by a message at around 11.15 because I used credit on the first day when I called him to come take us to be house, I waited but did not come and did not call

unfortunately nothing really worked. The house was not clean. The barbeque was so dirty that we couldn´t use it. No one showed up to clean. The Kitchen was also not clean. We wouldn´t not rent this house again. I wish I could send the owner the pictures in which condition the house was or is.
To get the key, we drive 2 hours around in Kusadasi to find the adress, where no office was. Called the number on the booking conformation and called the number almost 2 hours to get someone on the phone. 
There was a problem with the pool and we had for 4 days ( til we leave ) 1/4 less water in the pool. 
The pool pump is working 24hours and the poolmen told us, that the power goes on one bill. So you are paying the poolpump also. 
We had an problem with the glass top of a table and founded on the insurance claim also the door handle which was already broken when we arrived.
The area in on a hill, I can´t recommend this house.

The house is beautiful, with amazing views.  The  pool is huge and everything is kept beautifully clean by the maintenance staff. The village up the road has a great restaurant that is reasonably priced which also has a view of the sunset over the sea that would be impossible to beat. We visited Ephesus and the National Park which are very nearby, as well as Adaland a fantastic water park that my 3 teenage sons LOVED. 
The only drawback I would say is that Kusadasi it not an attractive town at all, it is just a concrete sprawl of low end tourist flats.  The closest beaches to us were rather crowded and commercial, some may enjoy it ,but we opted for the pristine beaches a couple of miles up the road in the National Park

The property was outstanding, however we did experience a problem with the drains in the uitility room that was adjacent to the down stairs bedroom,  unfortunatley Danny had no control over the problem, but did move us to an up graded villa within 24 hours. (Well done Danny).
This was an exceptional villa with outstanding views, peace and tranquility, which definatley saved the holiday. Both villas were very well equiped, clean and tidy and had lovely pools. Would definatley  return in the future.

There was 7 us and we all  loved staying in the villa. The villa was as it looked in pictures on website. Danny was extremely helpful responding immediately to any request from arranging taxis for us to assisting when we had difficulty closing french doors. There are many beech clubs catering for all pockets all serviced by a regular local bus, however there was no need to use the bus as Halil, Ahmed and Angel etc from silver Sand beach picked us up and returned us whenever we requested and the same with our visits to Kusadasi, all the restaurants will pick you up and return you free of charge. Fantastic holiday, fantastic villa and beautiful area. First time in Turkey for me but certainly wont be last, Turkish people were very friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people, especially the family at Silver Sand beach.

We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Sarah.  The location was brilliant, just a short walk to restaurants and the sea and the best ice-cream stand in the village.  Although we hired cars, occasionally we caught one of the many mini buses running up and down and found them to be great value and frequent.  The owners of the property were very approachable and accommodating.  Our flight arrived so late that we had to make special arrangements to receive the keys and they came out at about 11.30 pm to meet us and then we followed them to the villa.  They were also very helpful in directing the younger members of our group to livelier beaches and helped us find someone to help when we had some trouble with one of the cars.  The villa was clean and cool and ready to accept guests.  There was a supply of books and magazines left perhaps from previous guests to keep us happy during our sunbathing by the pool and the shady areas around the pool were very welcome during the hottest parts of the day.  All in all our group of 8 adults had a great holiday and would definitely recommend it to people.

House and pool are very usefull. Beaches and National Park is very near (about 1km.). Mrs. Rubab and Deny are very helpfull and kind persons. We want to tank both of them. We are two Turkish families who stay at this house. Some small problems listed here may be helpfull for the owner. 
1- Tv satallite system can be established. (about 100 TL)
2- Solar energy water heating system may be very usefull. Because electrical water heater is not enough for 2 baths, and 8 persons.
3- A tablespoon for soup servicing.
4- Pasta strainer is required for home cooking times.

Overall, it is a good house and environment. Thanks everyone.

We stayed in this villa in September 2011. It is absolutely stunning, definitely 5 star luxury! The villa is huge, very light and airy with lots of balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, very comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Each room is beautifully designed and everything you could want is provided. The views are second to none. You have an unbroken view of the mountains and the sea from all across the front of the villa where the pool and plunge pool are. The house also faces towards the sun and is not overlooked, so you just have this amazing panarama which is breathtaking every morning to wake up to. The location of the villa was ideal for us, being secluded but in a park of other private luxury villas. At the end of the entrance road, the shop and regular bus-stop - into town, to the beach and to places like the Pine Club up the road where there is a restaurant, spa, kids club etc. - is very handy. We still cant quite believe just how good this place is. You have to see it to believe it - It really is a piece of heaven!

The property was better then expected. 

The area was not only beautiful but also peaceful and relaxing. The beach was only a mile away and the town centre was a fifteen minute drive.

The local restaurants and bars are happy to send a mini bus to collect you from your villa.

I would recommed this villa very highly.

Danny was very helpful during our stay and was only ever a phone call away.
