Lovely villa with large outside pool and decking area , which suited our family of 7 comfortable and more,nice and relaxing feel to the place which was just what you need after the hussle and bussle of the theme parks . Excellent valve for money,would book again for the peace and quiet . Smillie family Scotland.

Second visit to this villa third to the area. Some improvements made to kitchen with a new floor,  and pool area resurfaced. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is included. There are no separate pool towels which we remembered from last visit so brought our own this time. Will be looking to stay again next year and if this is still on the rental market will definitely be making an enquiry.

The villa is in a nice quiet area within the Lakeside Golf Course.  The furnishings are clean and comfortable, everything you need for a self-catering holiday is available, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery in very good condition.  All appliances you would expect are included, including a tea pot, so for English tea drinkers this was perfect.
The main areas are carpeted and they are in very good condition. The kitchen area has tiled effect floor covering so it was easy to keep clean.  
All bathrooms are good sizes, a nice feature was a welcome set of soaps and shampoos for your first night in case you forgot to bring your own from home. One of the bathrooms leads onto the pool area, and we found this very useful when using the pool to save walking through the villa with wet clothes when needing to use the facilities. We loved the two walk in wardrobes within the main bedroom area, all the bedrooms have good storage. The only TVs were in the main lounge and the main bedroom, so if you have children staying it might be a problem if they want to watch different programmes.
The pool area is a very good size with lots of space if there are a few people staying and plenty of seats and loungers, we were a party of two and we loved the extra space. The built in seat at one end of the pool was lovely as it was in the sun for a good part of the day.  The pool area receives sunshine for most of the day and there were days we were still sitting by the pool at 7pm. 
Local shops and restaurants are only a short drive away, the Lakeside Estate is very quiet and everyone we bumped into on walks were very friendly.  
The only criticism we have is nothing to do with the villa, but as golfers what attracted us to the area was the Golf discount at courses listed in the advert.  On arrival to pick up the keys, there was some confusion as to where to pick them up as the instructions emailed to us steered us towards the Van der Valk office, which the villa used to be part of, it is now looked after by Lakeside Vacations, however the restaurant was closed, so with the help of the Van der Valk office staff, we were able to locate the local agent for the keys.  We then found on arrival at the villa that the golf discount cards were not in the packet with the keys, we had to again seek assistance in locating the local agent to receive the cards.  In previous visits to Florida where we have been given a golf package as part of the villa rental, the cards were waiting for us completed with our names on the breakfast bar, or in the envelope with the keys on arrival, maybe this could be looked at for future guests.
We will certainly be looking at staying at this villa again for future holidays.


Just spent three weeks at this lovely and comfortable home, everything was as described on website. The management on site were excellent and very helpful. The area is nice and peaceful just what is required for a relaxing holiday. Our party ranged in ages from 6months to 64yrs and everyone had a fantastic time. The pool and outside space was especially nice and most of our time was spent in this area.  We did not book this intending to go to the Theme parks however we did venture in to Orlando to visit Universal which only took an hour,so you can have the best of both worlds.Will defianatly consider going back and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The villa was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area is large and peaceful as is the pool. We had everything we needed for a great relaxing holiday and would happily book again for next year. I would happily recommend this to anyone who want to have a real Florida holiday doing fantastic water based activities.

This is a great property in a good location .We use the property as a base for the local golf courses  which are quality and at a reasonable cost, especially with the new golf package. The surrounding area has plenty of interesting activities for your days of with information both in the villa and the restaurant reception area. This is the 3rd time we have used the property.

This is the second time I have been to Florida so I had high expectations and this villa defiantly met them! It was in a excellent location not to far away from everything, but not to close never heard any noise! The villa was very clean and was fully equipped with everything you could need! I would defiantly stay at this villa again and  we are considering booking again for the summer. Thank you Barry and Linda.

Well proportioned property, in a good location. Not advisable for parks, but well worth it for golf. 2nd time at this property, really good value for money.

We have just returned from two weeks staying in this beautiful villa and would just like to say what a fantastic time we had. The villa its self is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The photos dont really do it justice. We have been to several villas in Florida over the years and this is certainly one of the nicest we have stayed in. It has plenty of room and we loved the fact that there were three bathrooms - very convenient! While we were there one of two little queries cropped up and were dealt with speedily both by the owners and the management company. The area is very quiet and beautiful - just what we wanted, but still within easy reach of Ocala, Orlando and Tampa. We all had a great time and didnt want to leave!
