This is a great property very spacious and clean, with all of the facilities you need for a good holiday.  We thought it was even better than it looked in the photographs which doesn't often happen.  The complex is a quiet oasis, and it's in a fantastic location, less than a 5 minute ramble to the beech restaurants, and pubs. The owner organised our taxi, and we were met at the property with keys etc, even though our flight had been delayed causing us to arrive at 1.00 am.   We will definitely book this apartment again, assuming it's not snapped up!!

My brother and I took my 90 year old to marbella as a birthday present. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Given that Dad can’t walk too far, the English TV channels were a huge bonus.
We had a lovely time and the apartment was very comfortable

We had fabulous time - location was superb. Very clean.
We had a problem on arrival in that one  of our party got stuck in the bathroom as the handle would not release the catch from the door frame. Yolanda had just left us and we did manage to get hold of her and she returned and kept insisting our friend needed to do something with the lock higher up but that was not even the issue and was not locked   - the issue was a faulty handle - Yolanda tried to get hold of Paulo??? but he seemed to be 'always on his way' and what started off as something a little amusing soon developed into a lengthy period where Yolanda could not assist or did not seem to have the means to get assistance and our friend was stuck in there for over 45 mins until all of a sudden having tried furiously for that entire  period the door suddenly released - luck rather than anything else. We said the handle needed looking at as we did not want to risk a repeat but response seemed to be well its ok now so it was just left - as result none of us closed the door for remainder of the stay and we stuck note on saying occupied - not ideal - this needs checking for future.  That said Yolanda was good initially showing us around the apartment and vicinity before this happened
Couple suggestions that you may want to consider as improvements 
- need to replace pillows - all ladies there said that - just past their best
- maybe consider investing  in new patio table and chairs - current looked more kitchen style than patio and metal table edge got really hot in sun so kept burning arms etc  - not the end of the world just a suggestion 

Overall though great apartment in great place - loved the balcony and the size of it - just what we needed to soak up the rays and we would return

This apartment is in a really great location. Short walks to both the beach and the heart of the old town and with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Despite the convenient location a real oasis at night with no street noise. We arrived during a particularly hot period so the efficient air conditioning was big bonus. Nice balcony overlooking one of the two pool areas. East facing so quite hot to sit out in the morning but perfect for the evening.
Plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys and easy and secure parking for our hire care.
Only small point was that at time we went kitchen was a little short on pots pans matching glasses etc which might have been frustrating if we were planning a lot of gourmet home cooking , but we wernt so it wasnt!

A very well furnished property. The balcony is adequate though narrow. We were more than satisfied with all aspects of the rental and the only MINOR critiscism I would make is that there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. ( Apart from me ! )

We spent 2 weeks at the apartment and we loved everything about it.
The location of the apartment is perfect as it is down the road from the beach, making things easy when you have bags, umbrellas, and all sorts to walk to the beach. It is also where everything happens in the evening (restaurants, bars...) but it is very quite too when you go to bed as the apartment is not on the street side but on the swimming pools side.
It is a quick 10 min walk to the beautiful old town and it is a nice walk. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes away from the apartment which is great.

The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need. We have 3 young kids under 3 years old and we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and clean. The swimming pools were very clean and never too busy. The paddling pool for the kids was superb and our girls loved it.
The owner left a booklet with recommended restaurants, useful phone numbers etc which was brilliant. 
I would definitely recommend this apartment. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Six of us stayed ay Parque Marbella for 2 weeks in Sept 2007. The location was perfect with supermarkets close by and a huge choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Old Town is only a 15 min stroll away and the beach a few minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The balcony had the sun until about mid-day.
Only disappointment was that we never used the pool at all as it was too much hassle to take the loungers down 4 floors - and there were only 2 of them between the 6 of us.
Having said that, I would definately return to this apartment again if holidaying in Marbella.
We had a brilliant time!

This is our second time staying at this apartment and we'll definitely be coming back again. The location is great so close to the beach and Marbella Old Town. In terms of the Costa Del Sol Marbella is definitely a step above everywhere else but you have to stay somewhere central like this to get the real Marbella experience.

Stayed in July, quite hot so the air conditioning was a great facility. Will definitely be booking for next year.
