Location fantastic, as ad say's, just across the road from the beach and shops yet no noise from traffic etc. Apartment spacious with everything you would need for a holiday. The only thing I would say is that the looks a bit 'tired' and could do with a bit of a facelift albeit, no effect on overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Great week with friends and an even better location!

My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week for a friend’s beach wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the place. It had everything we needed and more. But really, when you’re in a place as beautiful as Javea- the location is the only thing that matters! Being steps away from a TON of restaurants/shops/bars and most importantly- the beach- was great for out-of-towners such as us. The town is easy to navigate to find grocery stores, things to do, or other beaches to travel to. We went to at least three on the coast and loved every one of them.

The owner was so responsive before our visit [I’m very Type A and asked many questions ?] and the key holders in Spain were great and so welcoming as well. The ONLY negative thing I can say is the shower is super tiny. I’m not big by any means but maneuvering in there was a challenge. 

I definitely HIGHLY recommend this place and you can bet if I’m ever in Javea again, I’ll be staying here. Why pay for an expensive villa in the mountains when you’ll be at the beach/bars every day and night anyway?! Thanks for a great stay

The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped.  

I have only a few criticisms whilst the apartment was in general clean, the floors were not and I spent the first morning there making use of the dust pan and brush and the mop. The fan in the second bedroom had obviously not been used for a long time as when switched on, all was covered in clouds of dust.   Also, as we did not all want to go out together and come back at the same time, having only one set of keys caused difficulties.

Despite my "gripes", we all liked the appartment and its close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants etc (all excellent) and I would love to return there - when it is cooler!  I knew it would be hot in August but I had no choice in the date as we were there for our sons wedding so this is not a criticism.

1 minute from the beach, 2 mins from the pool, 2 minutes from numerous excellent bars and rstaurants - what more could ou ask for? Javea is chill out capital of Spain.

We both enjoyed our stay at the apartment,  it was very near the beach and all that you said in your advert, was true. we really enjoyed our holiday in Javea. We will probably come back again next year.

I booked this property for my relatives and they were delighted with it. Its closeness to the sea meant that they could have an early morning stroll along the beach before having a lovely breakfast in one of the sea-front cafes. Having restaurants within walking distance also helped as they could have a drink without having to worry about driving.
The lounge area was very comfortable and having the TV was nice as they could keep up to date with news.
The kitchen was well equipped although they tended to eat out mostly due to the many cheap menus of the day.

Excellent location very close to beach, bars and shops. Flat was clean and in good condition. Would certainly recommend.
