I am unable to recommend booking this property through Villarenters. We booked the property on-line, received a verified booking confirmation and paid the deposit. On that basis we booked our flights. The next day the booking was cancelled by the owner because of an oversight in updating availability and some sort of mix-up between her and Villarenters.
A week later I had still not received a refund and had to obtain an unpublished telephone number to chase-up Villarenters. They admitted the refund had NOT been processed, however it did then arrive a few days later. Villarenters never actually replied to my emails about the refund and I believe the telephone call to their unpublished number was the catalyst for getting my refund in a timely fashion.
In fairness the owner Suzanne was very apologetic about what appears to have been a genuine oversight. She did research alternative rentals for us and also helped to chase my refund from Villarenters.
Following this experience I am unable to recommend Villarenters and would not deal with any agency again unless you are able to speak directly to the owner BEFORE parting with a deposit. For that reason we have now booked elsewhere.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment and have recommended it to our friends.
The views from the balcony are stunning and the Patara Prince Resort was beautiful and charming. We totally relaxed and will definetely visit again.
The owners couldn't do enough and really communicated well throughout the booking.

Wow! This property was superb with stunning views better than the photos. The resort is really wonderful and we fully relaxed during our stay. Nothing was too much for the staff and the whole booking process was very easy and smooth. We'll definetely be back.

This apartment is situated right at the top of the resort so you get wonderful views of the bay and mountains. The accomodation is nicely decorated and is adequately furnished with kitchen area, large kingsize bed and two twin beds in a seperate room. The shower room has a useful shaving point and hairdryer so you dont need to pack one! and the satellite tv was a good touch.The resort is probably the most beautiful place we have been to and the swimming pools are fantastic. We particularly liked the sunbathing platforms and the infinity pool which is literally a stones throw from the apartment. There is also a handy shop close to the apartment which was useful. Kalkan town is lovely and quaint with an upmarket feel and the rooftop restaurants were great. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I booked looking for 10 days to just escape London and catch some sun, we ended up having the best holiday of our lives to date.
The flight was short and pleasant, the transfer time is rather long and I would recommend taking the transfers that the owners recommend as it is expensive to do it in a taxi. The drive is worth it though - when you come into Kalkan you get the gorgeous view of the harbour and then the apartment is worth any kind of wait!
The hotel that the apartment rests in is glorious - the restaurants are great - the pools are sublime and the views are out of this world! Wake up early and find a sun lounger on a secluded cliff edge where you can lie on your own and see just the ocean below you.
The apartment is lovely - room for 2 adults and 2 kids easily, or 4 close friends.
The kitchen is well equipped, the living room has a tv and dvd player and a gorgeous balcony with views of the ocean and village.
The bedroom has two single beds which could be pushed together if a couple wanted to stay in there. As it was just me and my partner we stayed in the living room bed so that we could wake up and see the view in the morning.
We spent many a night with a bottle of wine on that balcony, watching the sunset and playing cards.

Perfect for an adult getaway or a family trip.

We had a fantastic holiday in Kalkan. Loved the place despite it being full of English like us! Thought your place was very good value and the views were wonderful. Had further problems with my back when we were there but a Doctor came to apartment and gave me painkilling injections - had these for three mornings and a nurse came to the apartment each time - great service.
Hillary very helpful, light in kitchen wasnt working and had no hot water - both fixed after contacting her.
Would love to go back again - might have a look to see if we can get cheap flights!!
Thanks for all your help before - made the whole process really easy as we had never not done a package deal before.
Patara Prince was very quiet which was great for us and the pools and gardens were great, May obviously a good time for the flowers which were out in full bloom all over the gardens.
