For those wishing for a get away from it all holiday this villa is great. We were fortunate enough not to have neighbours in the surrounding villas so for us that was a plus.
The wildlife surrounding us was amazing and didnt expect to see red squirrels in Turkey of all places. Fascinating to watch rural Turkish life in the fields below the villa too. The sounds of the call to prayer echoing across the valley made me feel like I was in the exotic east whilst at the same time the ciccadas reminded me I was still in the mediterranean. A lovely blend. Turkish people are very friendly with ready smiles so this all added to our first visit to this country.
The villa itself was light and airy, very comfortable and well equipped like borrowing a friends home for a couple of weeks. Ayhan was very attentive without being intrusive.
The ideas for places to visit were very welcome otherwise we wouldnt have known where to start and Ayhan was also able to steer us in the right direction on that as well.
very enjoyable, much needed break in comfy surroundings.

there was 6 of us in villa anna for our holiday and we were all very comfortable the villa is very spacious, the bbq area is great no matter what time of day you sat in there. the area is quiet so anyone wanting a relaxing time its perfect,the pictures of the villa on this site show it exactly as it is in reality. we found "sammi" in nazar garden a real nice guy he looked after us for most of the two weeks his food is brilliant. The villa is about a 40min walk to calis beach but the local taxi will take you there for about 10lira. We all enjoyed the pool, its much better to not have to share!!!! all in all we had a brill time mostly due to being in the villa and the rest to wonderfull food from nazar gardens. we would return again its a really nice villa. keith and lyn

Villa Anna Calis Fethiye

The property is in a simply stunning location providing wonderful views accross the valley and perfect sunsets. The pool is a must, it is hot here. The welcome from everyone was truely wonderful, the locals and neighbours could not do enough to help. 

I would recommend highly this property especially if you want a truely Turkish experience!

The property itself is very well appointed and the air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge a godsend.

This holiday was one of the best I have ever had. Koca Calais is a wonderful resort. Peaceful and very relaxing.

The villa is superb and the pool is heavenly. 

The rooms are spacious and the ensuite to the master bedroom is a real bonus. 

The turkish seating area kept my grandsons amused for ages when they visited me, as did the DVD player! The children do miss their toys when away from home, dont they? My daughter was staying in a hotel in the main town of Calais and said she would definitely return to Turkey but only if she could stay at Villa Anna.

The south facing garden is a real suntrap for all those wishing to top up their tans on a daily basis and there ar also adequate numbers of umbrellas and loungers to relax by the water
or on the lawn.

I was happy to see mosquitto netting at all the windows and the patio are too, as I normally get eaten alive in hot countries.


I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a thoroughly good holiday in Turkey as I simply cannot fault it. I have stayed in villas before but this one is most definitely the best by far. 

I was well looked after by the property maintence company, the tranasport to and from the hotel was fabulous and all in all I had a fabulous time.

I hope to return soon if the owners will have me back that is ;)

Hi Anna, Just had to email you to say that we had a brilliant stay at your Villa. Thank you for supplying the welcome pack. The villa is in a beautiful position and we enjoyed watching the melons being harvested, the goats being grazed and chased and shopping in Kad&#045;i&#045;koy as well as eating at the local cushionnaires. The villa itself was clean and spacious and the equipment provided was excellant....thankyou. I would also like to express our gratitude to Marie&#045;Anne and Umut who were readily available to help with any query that we had regarding our stay. We had not visited Turkey before and their helpful hints and back&#045;up for any advice via the mobile phone was very useful. We believe that both went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay at your villa memorable. Unfortunately during the stay our hire car broke down &#040;faulty gear stick&#041; at Saklikent and thankfully once again Umut was on hand with engineers to repair and help in any way they could. It was very much appreciated by us all. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family should anyone wish to stay in traditional Turkey &#040;in comparison to areas near Oludeniz&#041;. "We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Anna. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Calis, with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. We had lovely meals at The Berlik, and particularly enjoyed Turkish evening &#045; we would thoroughly recommend this! We also had a lovely meal at the ‘1881’ restaurant in Coca Calis, and it was lovely to sit and watch the sunset with a chilled Efes! We had a day trip to Fethiye which was great, and we particlarly enjoyed the traditional Turkish Bath. The Villa itself was great. The pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed several meals in the BBQ area with lovely food from the local markets. The local surf café was a great hit with our teenage boys. By the time our fortnight was finished, our 14 year old was proficiently wind&#045;surfing. They also took themselves off for pancakes at the little restaurant 2 minutes away. They voted this the best villa that we have stayed in and we would definitely recommend Villa Anna to our family and friends! Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home! Jack, Jo, Alex and Olly Wells ; 5th July 2006 What a great holiday and a fantastic &#040;and very tasteful&#041; villa! The kids adored the pool and my husband and I adored the Jacuzzi; we’ve never had one to ourselves before! We visited Saklikent Gorge and the boys loved the rafting and walking up the gorge. Patara Beach was also a great hit with the waves. Apart from that we were just happy to stay at the villa and potter around. Next time I would definitely like to come back for longer than a week – there was lots that we didn’t get time to do.

Villa Carreta gave us the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The villa itself is huge with 3 separate sitting areas inside so there was plenty of space for our extended family to all chill out. The big garden had many different areas to ‘hide’ from the kids with my book! However my favourite spot was the wonderful pool where I spent hours gazing at the incredible panoramic views and watching the goat herders and farmers daily lives. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Carreta and this area of Turkey to our friends and family and hope to come back ourselves soon. Louise and James &#045; August 2006
