Wow! What a fantastic house, instantly felt like home and the pools where amazing. Only home a few days and we want to go back!

likeif you are hiring a car it is spot on if not (like us)you could feel a bit isolated as the buses did not turn up anytime we were there.
If i was to complain about anything it would be that because no one was in the house before us it was very dusty and we had to clean  it on arrival after paying a cleaning fee which was to be used after we left

We had a lovely time.  The property has everything you can ask for to make your visit enjoyable.  This is the second time we have been to this property so would certainly recommend it to others.

This villa is well maintained and importantly very clean.  Everything needed is available for use for the visitor.  Close by, there are two very pleasant pools, both of which were again well maintained and clean. The property manager lives next door to the villa and is very helpful and looked after us excellently, he is always available to give good advice if you wish to travel, or just have a chat.
If you are looking for panoramic views, then this is not the place for you. If you want a clean, well equipped villa in a quiet street close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc, then this is perfect.  A car is necessary if you wish to see some of the area.
If we were to visit this area again, we would have no hesitation in returning to this villa.

This property had everything you needed from towels to plastic bags for bin very clean and two swiming pools available just down street, the key holder was british very helpfull and friendly you do need a car for this area, but plenty beaches to go and find.  We also went to Torrevieja and Cartagena easy to find on N332 coast rd or AP7 motorway parking available near sea front under ground. We were there end Sept and it was very hot. Lots of resturants to eat at and villa martin sq about ten minutes avay by car.

Wow, wow, wow. This was the most amazing property Ive ever stayed in. 
The neighbours are all so friendly and helpful. Especially, Norman and Val who were on hand the whole time.
The area is quiet, which suited me, but my 15 year old daughter would disagree.
Luckily I hired a car and just 20 mins away, youll find the New York of Spain, Torrevieja. 
The pool area was always quiet and often I had it to myself.

For eating out, try Bernie Darcys in La Fuenta. Amazing. About a 20 min walk.

The Priory, about 10 mins walk is a very lively pub and worth checking out.

Really hope to go back next year

Facilities such as supermarkets, shops within walking distance.  We had a car so was able to explore the many beaches.
Villa was well equipped for us to cook some evening meals.

Good location, well furnished. Great base to  explore the area.
So good we have booked again for this year.
