Dirty and Damp didn't even stay there for one night found alternative accommodation

We booked to stay here for 10 nights in August 2018, Booking was straight forward. It's a fantastic property pool right outside the front gate, Pool is secured by key fob so was safe for our 4 children, area was lovely &amp; quite near villa martin plaza which had some lovely    restaurants &amp; bars, We hired a car which was very useful shopped at la zenia boulevard most evenings, I can't fault the property had all facilities English TV Netflix, Wi-Fi, washing machine, Air conditioning which was broken, The only fault I had is with the key holder, he was very rude to me regarding the cleaning of the property before we arrive which wasn't done, was at his standards  said i hadn't paid extra for air con, which was included in the price, it was so hot 30c every day so really could of done with the air con on. Overall we was very pleased with our stay &amp; would stay again if it came available.

VILLAMARTIN PREMIER VILLA

We had a lovely week here in Casa Baker. The place was spotless. There was a beautiful breeze right through the apartment which was great in the heat.  It is perfect as you are looking out onto the beautiful pool and is only 10 mins to the Plaza with Restaurants and bars. Would certainly come back again.

THE FAIRWAY

The apartment is a good size and is well equipped and secure, but we had no hot water for 2 days as the heater was not switched on, did call the owner who came and looked at it and said all was working fine with it, still no hot water the next day, but eventually the owners husband came round and looked  and did say it would of been handy had it been switched on. The cleanliness was not up to standard, I did clean the kitchen walls and cupboards down, as there were food and dirty hand marks all over them,not what you expect to do on holiday. the floors were very dusty, so had to mop all these through the next morning after arriving late the night before. Glad we did not use the oven as this was disgusting with grease and food left in it. We only spotted this as my husband fancied cheese on toast late one night, but soon changed his mind after seeing the state of it.
There was a lot of personal items still in the apartment from owner or management which takes up a lot of space, the only light in the twin room working was a lamp, no main light, only one plug socket worked.
We had to pay £50  for the cleaning of the apartment, well the cleaner had obviously not done the job at all, just made beds up. so maybe a £50 refund would come back, I actually left the apartment cleaner than what we went into.
But apart from that we had a good break, lovely weather and would go back to Villamartin but not at this apartment

VILLAMARTIN PLAZA FAIRWAY  SUITE

The villa is decorated well (modern), is clean and in a great location with a short walk to Villa Martin Plaza. The property is spacious inside, ideal for us with our 10 year old daughter. It benefits from some great outdoor entertaining space with the side patio being a great sun trap all day - even out of season. The Solarium provides a great private sunbathing area with a BBQ area.  The communal areas are very well kept, with a lovely pool area containing mature shrubs/trees. It is very secure with it being in a private gated residence complex. There are a few things that need some maintenance - a few fixtures and fittings but nothing that impacts your stay. They cater for all parties including stag/hen, same sex parties so I understand why the garden furniture is not of the highest standard and quite basic. It could do with some more/better table/seating although this could have been in the outside storage room for which the key didn't work, so I have no idea. The car park key we had was also broken so we had to park on the street. WiFi would have been nice (even as an option to pay for) and I would suggest they change the orange sofa bed in the lounge to match the other sofa, purely to make the place look even better as looks out of place. Great power showers though. 
Overall we would book this again, great value for money for the space.

Very old and dated,no Hair dryer,Have to wait 2 days for the owner to bring one Then the telly broke They came the same day to sort it then the toilet broke and we have to use a bucket of water to flush  but they came straight away to sort it Said it needs a part but it was holiday Monday and all the shops were closed,thay said thay are going to update it this year think it should have been mentioned in the advert ,the owners was very nice very helpful and did try their best.I would only go again if it had been updated.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment . We would like to thank Mark and Yaz . We had some reservations as it was close to the Plaza , but the apartment over looks the 1st fairway , so was on the external elevation of the Plaza , with no noise . Once again , a great holiday , and amenities .

we had a lovely holiday the villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. the check in and out were hassle free great value we will return to villa martin. we were offered a car which i wish we had taken, as in the heat it can be a long walk to the plaza, our own fault, i would recommend it to others in fact my two daughters are thinking of going back start of next year, my husband myself and two friends are going to book next year again same time. loved it, but would recommend taking the car
