The villa is well positioned on the site where there is an excellant swimming pool, friendly people, and is close to shops and the beach.  Inside you have ample space which is very well maintained, and clean.  The pickup was arranged with the local chaps from the beach restaurant, who were excellant in arranging other activities.  The other people in Peach Grove 2 were all helpful, enabling us to have a very relaxing two weeks in the sun. I will add that I am not related to the owner and found this on the web.  It was a first class holiday.

<p>The property was nicely perched on a hill with a panoramic view displaying a range of mountains. The swimming pool was of a good size and well maintained with an outside shower. We enjoyed this luxury very much as the temperature reached 38 degrees Fahrenheit most of the time. So swimming, playing or lazing in the water was most delightful. Gandia centre or the port is not far from Barx and therefore from easy reach to the beach and all amenities. &amp;nbsp Overall it is a very nice place to relax and enjoy with family or/and friends</p>

This was an excellent 5 star accommodation with great attention to detail. Theres everything here youll need for a great holiday with balconies virtually for every room and a stunning living room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the Villa Tracian in early July so much we have re-booked for the same period next year.  It is a great place to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings.

A lot of thought has gone into the decor and furnishings which was of a very high standard and geared to comfort of guests. Lots of nice touches too numerous to mention. The villa is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge frezer, washing machine, hot and cold drinks machine and TV.  The villa has air conditioning throughout which was an absolute life saver because the temperatures were in the high 90s when we were there.

The boys (9 and 13) enjoyed their stay mostly spent in the swimming pools which are next to the villa.

Kusadasi is about 5 miles away and the beach about 5 minutes.  We used the inexpensive Dolmus taxis which run every 10 minutes.

We had an excellent holiday in a five star villa and recommend the Villa Tracian.

This was our second visit and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is well equipped and is situated near beautiful Silver Sands Beach and close to all amenities. A lovely touch with some provisions put in the fridge pending our arrival. Very clean and well cared for. We would recommend to any family. :)
