We arrived for a 3 week holiday in Gumusluk, having driven for 2 days to get there from Ankara, it was everything and more than we expected.  I cannot recommend this house and holiday location more. We had a fabulous time.  A car was required to visit further afield but there is a beach and restaurants nearby.  The house itself is well laid out with living quarters upstairs and bedrooms downstairs.  Everything was immaculate when we arrived and there were brooms and a hoover etc available for use also.  The Hammam was a favourite for all of us, coming out of the pool (which by the way was heated naturally and was more than adequate at this time of year) and into a warm authentic steam room was an added bonus. 
Huseyin (the house manager) was available for any needs we had and more throughout the holiday, a true gent. 
I could go on but won't, overall a truly fantastic and memorable time was had by all, Thanks Fiona😁

We have just had the most wonderful week at this lovely house. It has a lot of character, is very nicely designed inside - simple and unfussy - and the garden and pool areas are really pretty and well-maintained. The views from the upper floor, particularly the dining area, are amazing. 

I think at one point the house was one of just three or four in the neighbourhood but there has been a lot of building in the bay over the last few years (there still is but thankfully you can't hear it from the house and pool) and the house is now surrounded by modern developments and the garden and pool a little overlooked. We were lucky as it was early in the season and the surrounding properties were all empty but as the weeks go on it will get busier and less tranquil. 

There was a problem with the pool when we arrived but this was dealt with quickly and both Husseyin (who looks after the house) and Fiona the owner were attentive to and reasonable about the problem and it was happily resolved. The roads in the area are not brilliant and our hire car got quite a bad - and expensive - scratch so be aware and take care when driving.

The house has everything you need but the kitchen is quite basic so bring kit if you're planning any gourmet cooking (we weren't). We donated a cafitiere to the house as there wasn't one. Husseyin is friendly and helpful and has really good English, we were always pleased to see him when he came for the daily pool check and he was there to welcome us and to see us off. 

We are a same-sex couple and were made to feel entirely welcome and comfortable - there was no weirdness from anyone we met in the area. In fact we didn't really feel 'noticed' at all and this really helped us relax and unwind.  

It's a ten minute walk downhill from the house to the lovely beach at Koyunbana Bay and the little beachside restaurant there is family owned and very friendly. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest Migros supermarket and there is a Macro at Yalikavak Marina - about 5km away - along with coffee shops and high end stores. Recommend the Teras restaurant on the roof the Migros if you want to eat without having to drive (great daytime views) and also Limon on the way to Gumsluk - lovely hillside setting - but you'd need to book as it's very popular.  

We came away refreshed and revitalised from our holiday at the house and we will definitely be booking again.

Had a marvellous time at the villa, it was as described clean, plenty of linen and towels. Huseyin in Turkey was friendly, helpful and fixed the toilet very quickly when it stopped flushing.

Pool is in sunlight nearly all day, its lovely and warm.

Definitely recommend it!

<span lang="en-gb" style="font-size:8pt;color:#000080;font-family:Verdana;" xml:lang="en-gb">A very comfortable property with lovely views. It was very relaxing sitting on the terrace and looking over the bay usually with a pleasant breeze making the temperature ideal. The pool was delightful and the restaurant by the beach was very reasonable and good and it was delightful to sit there by the beach listening to the waves. There were plenty of things to do. A boat trip is a must, &lt;?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /&gt;Ephesus is fantastic and Bodrum was lovely. Some of our party also went diving. The fish restaurants in Gumusluk are excellent. A really good location for a holiday and Houssein couldn't have been more helpful. </span>

Just right for a family with two teenagers, who will appreciate the split-level. Fabulous views, well-stocked supermarket nearby, and great base for exploration of area.

The villa is very nice and offers a great deal of privacy. The swimming pool is very large and the garden is ideal for sunbathing. Also the villa offers plenty of room (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the airconditioning was greatly appreciated. And the view from the balcony, overlooking the sea, is to die for.

The routedescription that came with the booking was not in order. A lot of names were misspelled and landmarks were chosen that werent there anymore. Stating the distance in the routedescription will also help.

The property is cleaned once a week, which I think should be twice per week.

The villa is spacious, well equipped and with a great pool, it is in a wonderful position with fantastic views.
Ideal holiday villa in a very quiet location- ideally a car would make it easier to travel around and if you don't like walking up hills then essential- however it is possible and much more fun to travel using local taxis and the dolmus services.

We spent a week at the villa with my family, and really really enjoyed it. The villa's location is really perfect; silent, a fantastic view of the sea, fitted with all the necessary utilities that makes the life easier for you. Even my 11 month of daughter loved to be there.. She enjoyed the pool, the garden and the perfect beach named Cukurbuk with crystal clear water within 10 mins of drive from the house. We were lucky enough to have full moon by the time we were there which was also possible to see through the glass dome inside the house! 

I also recommend the next possible guests to visit Gumusluk for having a dinner in one of the fish restaurants, sitting only 30 cm away from the sea..  To make the long story short, the house was really nice and well maintained, the place itself was really relaxing... worth visiting...
