Following a slight hiccup at the beginning when the entry code we had been given, didn’t work, we eventually gained entry to a beautiful villa. Very spacious rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and kitchen with the bonus of the pool being in the sun all day , with privacy and nice outlook onto lake and woods. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly by the management team and we would certainly recommend the villa for its comfort, safety and location.

Excellent location for all the parks within 20 minutes driving time a good selection of restaurants also. The property was very spacious even for a group of 14 of us it was clean and tidy and the facilities including the swimming pool were also excellent. Would stay there again.

What a great location and property, stayed as a party of 11 family and friends the house was perfect size and in a lovely gated complex. The security was excellent some friends called as a surprise and were not allowed in until we gave them permission which makes you feel safe.

The house isn't looked over the back so makes it ideal for privacy, lots of wardrobe space and a bathroom per room . Very clean and all the facilities you need,there are also lovely restaurants a short  5 min drive away.

Will definitely return , when we needed to contact the owner for anything we got responses straight away before our holiday and during.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Esmeralda to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family. The house is close to the Disney parks and very close to shops and restaurants. The instructions for finding it were easy to follow and I would recommend this house to others travelling in a large party.

Great location and villa was as advertised. Management company were first class as we had a couple of issues which were resolved very quickly. No pool towels supplied at this villa and dishes could do with replacing as rather random selection of plates for a large group. Suppose I am nit picking really but had a great holiday at this villa.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Esmeralda. The house is well kept, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. There is plentiful seating in the area and around the pool, which is something which has been lacking in previous properties we've stayed at in the Orlando area in previous years.  The pool area is south facing and not overlooked which is always bonus, so there was plentiful sun throughout our stay. There were only a couple of minor maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the management company. The house is located very conveniently to Disney, the 192 for local restaurants, the I4 for travel up to Universal as well as the various premium shopping outlets and shopping malls. Given we booked at the last minute only a month prior to departure from the UK, this house exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Gareth and the management company for making our stay a real pleasure.

Nice property in area easily accessible to Disney World.  The villa is very spacious and with 13 in our party, we never felt on top of one another - having two lounges was great.  The children spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi and there was enough outside furniture for us all to enjoy the sunshine.  Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I raised.  The management company were on the ball - one small issue and they were back in touch very quickly and sorted the problem immediately.  Pool was regularly maintained.  All in all, a great holiday and I would recommend this villa to others.

The photos of the house do not do it justice. I is much larger than we expected and the master bedrooms are lovely with a large bathroom, separate toilet and a walk in closet. There was even hairdryers and some hair straighteners which were a godsend as ours did not heat up enough to use.  The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, large washer and tumble dryer. The house was very clean the tables were set like a show house. The pool area was very nice with comfy sunchairs and a large bbq. It is quite a long walk to the club house which has a lovely and friendly poolside bar. We recommend the Red Lobster to eat out where we were looked after very well by James. Magic Kingdom and mgm were everything we expected but Universal Studios was our favourite. Animal Kingdom was a dissapointment.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful villa!

It was what we expected and so much more!!

We were three families with lots of kids and there was enough room for us all without feeling cramped!

There were lots of linens, towels and pillows so even if someone likes sleeping with 2 there are enough!

We were close enough to Disney world that we could stop home in the middle of the day and return for the evening shows feeling refreshed! The pool was great for the afternoon cooling off!

Air Conditioning problems, not rectified quickly enough. The cooker also had its issues as two of the 4 burners worked as and when (thankfully food is cheap in USA) These problems were the responsibility of the Management Company.

The villa was otherwise spacious, well laid out and provided all that we needed.
