This villa was fantastic, it was clean and comfortable. We loved having the lake outside and enjoyed star gazing on the balcony.

We stayed here in Jan 2011 and LOVED this villa it has everything and is furnished to a very high standard. We knew we could get something a little cheaper, but friends recommended this villa to us and WOW what a great villa. This was our first time in Orlando, big treat for the kids (and us). The villa is perfectly located, about 10 mins from Disney. It is close to the 192 and yet the resort is away from the hustle and bustle. The villa itself has one of the best locations on the resort with a very private pool and spa with a fantastic view over the lake. The kids loved having their own room with Cable TV and PlayStation, although they spent many hours too in the pool. Previous guests had left lots of pool inflatables, we of course kept this tradition going when we left. We had a very relaxing time. If kids are happy then parents are happy!! We only needed 3 bedrooms, but we were told by friends that you get a much nicer and bigger villa if you go for a 4 bed one, they were right, and it didn’t cost any more. When you arrive at the resort (Lake Berkley) you immediately feel safe and secure (with the 24/7 manned gate) and then you see how clean and picturesque the resort is. Plus you have the fishing, tennis, exercise are, clubhouse, gym, jogging trail, Happimag Bar etc. We were originally planning o using one of the hotels at Disney, but I know 100% that we chose the right decision by using this villa. Being able to keep the fridge stocked with drinks and be able to use the BBQ saved us a small fortune versus staying in a hotel. We hope to visit Orlando again next year and will definitely be booking the villa again. Many thanks Stephen for all the useful info and for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Jan2013 Just returned from week over the Jan 2013 new year period. Wonderful house! The house was the most complete vacation home I have ever stayed in - meaning there was nothing I wanted and didnt have from cooking supplies, furnishings, I pod player, games, books, linens and towels, etc. The home was very well maintained and the decor was comfortable and stylish. We paid slightly more ($100 per week) than we have paid for other homes in the past, but it was money very well spent. In life you get what you pay for, and the small extra we paid was well worth the 5 star facilities both at the villa and the resort. The whole family loved the private pool and spa, and the view over the lake was amazing, and at night-time it was fabulous to hear the wildlife across the lake. Most nights we had a BBQ and it was so nice to have the options of gas (convenience)or charcoal (for a better taste). On the day before we left we put all our clothes in the villa washing machine, then the dryer. It was great to think we would not be arriving home with lots of washing to do. The Lake Berkley community the home was located in was very well maintained and the park, lakes, tennis/basketball courts, gym were all in excellent condition. With the 24/7 gated entrance we felt very safe and secure. The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants, WalMart, and shops close by and very easy to get to the theme parks. Would highly recommend this home and we will book this vill again for our stay later in 2013. That will be the first time we have stayed twice in the same villa, so I guess that says everything. And finally a big thank you to Stephen the owner for all his help with booking and theme park information.

We stayed here June 2012. This villa lived up to all reviews and expectations. We (family of 5) loved staying in this home and hope to come back again. House was very clean and well equipped throughout the whole house. Beds were very comfortable which is needed after a long day at the parks! Pool was perfect for the kids, with easy steps into the shallow end. We loved the spa, especially at night. Great location, close to all parks and major attractions. 24/7 WalMart and lots of restaurants and gift shops were just up the street. Owner provided directions from airport and other useful information. He answered any questions or emails promptly and was very helpful before we even arrived to the property. Management company was very helpful and provided quick answers to a couple of questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a family vacation. We had a fabulous time!

This was our first stay at this villa and the location was perfect in every way. We had been to 3 viilas before but this was by far the best, it is in a different league. Secure gated community within a few hundred yards drive of the 192. We could get to Disney in just over 10 minutes. The villa itself has a great private setting with a tremendous view of the lake and its wildlife. Our kids loved playing in the private pool. We loved sitting in the private pool at night sipping champagne. What a luxury. The outside dining table and area is covered and is a great place tp have breakfast and evening barbecues. The villa is perfectly laid out and everything one would need is provided, from beach towels to hairdryers to toaster and kettle. The bathrooms have constant supply of hot water. The air con is perfectly controlled and very quiet. The cable TV is great, we saw many football Premiership matches live on Fox Sports channel. Additionally the kids had their own room with Playstation and Cable TV, so we were left in peace in the evnings. We are back home now and missing very much our stay in the villa. The kids are alraedy asking when we can go back. Need to start saving !! we also want to mention Stephen the owner, he was great at providing us with a comprehensive Welcome Document and directions etc. He promptly answered and questions we had about our forthcomig holiday. We hope to go again at end of 2011 and will definitely book this villa again.

Sept 2009 Everything you told us about the villa and location was true. You made the booking process so easy and the directions were spot on. It is always a pleasure to do business with someone who puts the customer first . We shall never forget sitting outside at night listening to the wildlife, with the kids playing in the pool,...memories we shall cherish forever. Many thanks for our best ever vacationwe shall be booking again next year.

Jan 2009 This was our first time in a villa, previously we have booked hotels. We will never stay in a hotel again. This villa had everything and it worked out cheaper than a hotel, and saved us money on drinks and food (we stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks). Also with 3 children it is much better having seperate bedrooms. Our 3 children loved the large private pool, in fact they they had more fun in the pool than at Disney. Most evenings we had a bbq whilst the kids splashed in the pool. The view across the lake in the evening was memorable with the varied sound of wildlife. The villa was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with towels/games/DVDs/books. There is a TV in every bedroom. The booking process with the owners was very easy and they provided directions and lots of useful information prior to our arrival. Access is easy as the villa has a key code system. We hope to return to Orlando in 2 years and will be booking this villa again.

Our second stay at this villa and it has again been updat ed. Free internet and free USA calls. Nice to keep in touch with family at zero cost.
The villa is immaculate and has everything we need. Lovely large pool, very private, great view over lake, and large deck area.
Inside the villa everything is provided, in the kitchen all appliances and utensils etc, in the bathrooms all towels, hairdryer etc, in the bedrooms all sheets and Cable TV. We cannot fault this villa in anyway.
The owner Stephen is extremely helpful, provides e mail with directions, welcome document etc. Easy payment and booking process. Security deposit promptly returned.
We intended hitting the theme parks again, biut actually spent more time at the villa as the kids loved the pool and walking around the lake.
Lake Berkley is a beautiful, gated and safe Resort. Tennis courts, jogging trail, exercise park, gym. We even spent a couple of evenings having a drink at the Happimag bar on the resort, just 200 yards away.
We have already booked again for 2011. What more can I say.

We have stayed in villas before near Disney, but this was the best we have ever stayed in. The villa has a great lake view, and is in Lake Berkley resort which is a safe and good lacation, close to all the theme parks and shopping/restaurants.
The villa is excellently furished with leather sofas, TVs in every room, fully equipped clean kitchen and superb pool/spa.
We could not have wanted for anything else in the villa. We have already booked the villa again for our vacation next year.
Don't waste your money on a hotel, book this villa (but book soon as we know it gets many repeat bookings).
