Myself (29), my wife (28) and our 2 children (2 and 3) stayed in the villa during the latter half of May.
The villa was clean and tidy with all the mod cons from home (british sky, dishwasher, washing machine etc)
With the two kids it was great, they had a room to share with two beds in. I am always a bit aprehensive with holidays and taking the kids as you never know what facilities are nearby, especially to occupy younger children. The development has a secure entry and exit with the same to the pool entrance. As the pool is shared I expected to see lots there, but it was really quiet. The pool is not heated so you really brace yourself getting in, but the kids loved it. And when the sun is intense, it is a welcome relief. 
The villa has a nice patio area outside with furniture, so you can eat outside and we enjoyed a few BBQs!
I would recommend having a car for at least a few days as the supermarkets are mostly out of town, and you would struggle to walk. Unless you went to the town for groceries.
The town of Pezenas is very pretty and just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. There are many old little roads to explore in the centre that are typically french style, the real part of france.
The nearest beach is about 20 minutes by car at Vias, I would recommend picking up a visitors map at the airport so that you have the general locations. There are also some some nice places at le Cap de Agde and Sete. You can also explore in the mountains and see le Lake de Salagou which is very nice, a must for watersports enthusiasts.
If you fancy a bit of history you can also take the 2 hour (approx by non-motorway) trip to Carcassone. This is the town with another town within it's castle walls. It's very impresive. 
Enough of the sightseeing tour, but I would recommend this for a nice visit to france.
The couple who manage the property were also really helpful.
As we have not used villarenters before, we did not know what to expect, but the description was accurate.

THE HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPED. THE DECOR WAS TASTEFUL AND THE SURROUNDING GARDENS WERE BEAUTIFULLY PLANTED. THE POOL WAS WONDERFUL, ALTHOUGH IN HIGH SEASON I WONDER IF IT WOULD NOT BE BIG ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE. IT MIGHT BE WORTH THINKING ABOUT BUILDING ANOTHER ONE SOON. JONAIRRE (SP?) WHO WORKED AT THE CLUB HOUSE WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON WHOM OUR WHOLE FAMILY GOT ON WELL WITH. HE MADE THE HOLIDAY EXTRA SPECIAL. WE COMMEND HIM TO THE COMPANY.

Warm and comfy  It really made us feel that we had a HOME to come back to each night.  Lovely, clean bath with more than sufficient hot water for 4 females!  The only negative was the parking in Frascati, but one soon learns to WALK when visiting Italy.  A definite value for the money.  We calculated that a hotel in the same area would have cost us twice as much, and eating in the apartment saves money as well.

Villa des Fleurs Pezenas Languedoc

The location is very good - easy walking distance from the resturants / shops / bars etc. Roads are excellent, driving/parking easy.
The view from the patio over the golf course and sea is stunning, great to wake up to specially as we go at Xmas.  The villa is well laid out and
has all you need although some items of furniture could do with a little freshing up, but I am sure this will be attended to soon.
Love the area - would return to this villa.

We thought the property was great and we enjoyed our honeymoon (familymoon) very much.
It met our expectations very much so- the pictures on the website doesnt do the property and the views across the golf course justice, there should be new pictures put onto the website and im sure this property will be booked up year round like many others are on your website!
We were looked after very well for our whole stay- even with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge and milk when we arrived!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa set in an old hillside village with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The property was very spacious, well-equipped with all mod-cons and very comfortably furnished. The pool was lovely and the excellent tennis-court was a real bonus.

There's lots to do in the surrounding area, with good local restaurants and wine-tasting. We really enjoyed sitting out and relaxing in the evening at the villa sampling the excellent local wines.

A great place to get away from it all - we would definitely go again,

Villa Alarelle, Herault, Languedoc

Property is well located within walking distance of Pezenas town centre. However the house is very small - too small for 6. The second bedroom is really a single bedroom. A foldaway bed is not acceptable as a second bed!
Excellent outside patio area.
House could do with some upgrading to bring it in line with neighbouring properties.
We were a family of four and managed to fill the house.
The swimming pool needs to be better maintained, especially in peak season when demand is high
Weather was excellent and despite the above we enjoyed our time in Pezenas.
We would return to the area but to a larger property.

The property was in well kept order.20 minutes walk from the Centre de la ville, easy on a warm summer night.Only complaint I have is that the 2nd bedroom is too small to be described as a twin room. It's a single room with a single bed, plus barely enough room fro a camping bed, which folds up and down.Apart from this Kitchen/living room spacious, patio and surroundings fine. Plenty of Supermarkets in close proximity, but seeing as the villa is situated high on a hill, a car is very welcome. Surrounding Towns are a must for History buffs. Lots of Roman, Medieval (Templar) interests. 20 minutes drive to the first beach, but many more after. I would seriously consider retiring to this area when my retirement comes.

We had an excellent time with three families with small children. The villa is very spacious and surprisingly cool indoors. Also all equipment was available.

We really enjoyed our time here,the house was well eguipped,plenty of space for four.We particularly loved the pool,it was almost our private pool.The local town of Pesanez is really nice,we also enjoyed the local beaches.We will be back for sure.
