Lovely villa.


We had a wonderful stay at the villa, it was very clean and the swimming pool was really warm. We had a problem with one of the toilets phoned the management company and within the hour it was all sorted wonderful service.
 The drive to Disney took about 15 mins. 
The information folder that Chris and Barb have put together was brilliant it covered absolutely everything.

1st Florida Home

Lovely house, felt like home and we could have stayed much longe


The moment we arrived, we felt at home. We were a little later than we thought but a light was on in the sitting room and all was spotlessly clean.
 
One of the major reasons for booking was the fact there was a computer, because I rely on internet access for my business. This, added to free calls on the phone, made this a place that really worked for us.
 
We were lucky with the weather, being in the low 80s, even in January, but we were pleased to have chosen to pay extra for pool heating as early morning swims were bliss - travelling from UK early mornings go with the time difference! The owners kindly aranged for the heating to be on 24 hours prior to our arrival.
 
The house itself could not be faulted and we really felt so at home (we are generally quite picky!), it was well equipped - even an ice cream scoop - and, although we were just a couple it was amzing that there was even a childs buggy, car seat and pool toys.
 
With the washing machine and tumble drier, my husband was delighted that I did not escape the drudge of the laundry, even on holiday!
 
Locally, within about 3 minutes drive there is a Public supermarket and several restaurants, Epcot and Disney Parks are about 30 minutes.
 
I love to shop when in us, so we drove to Millenia Mall and Florida Mall although the exchange rate and rise in prices generally meant no real bargains to be had. Target supermarkets are great (more akin to Waitrose Home) with lovely quality towels at good prices. Their stationery is excellent, too.
 
Well, to summarise, if you would like to stay in a lovely, spacious and well equipped house in a nice area (mainly residential and quiet), with a warm pool, clean and well presented, you have found it. We highly recommend and will be booking another trip, for sure!

Beyond expectation. Fabulous !!


Having made the transition from hotels, we found the villa fabulous. Set in a beautiful neighbourhood its spacious, comfortable, clean, we wanted for nothing. Cable TV, games, books, dvds, computor with internet, and phone with free international calls. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue, it was well lit, and a fab place to relax in the evening. We enjoyed the central location providing easy access for Disney and shopping.
 Greeted by Isabello, it was reassuring to have local contact.

Fantastic Villa and Location


Our previous trip to Florida was spent in a hotel and having now sampled the fantastic facilities offered by staying in this villa I realise how restricted the family were last time. The villa is spacious and extremely comfortable with everything you could ever wish for. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking facilities and utensils you would ever need - microwave, large fridge, freezer, oven, toaster etc. Having access to a washing machine and tumble dryer was also invaluable which certainly eased the burden of having to return to the UK with a stack of washing. The pool was amazing and we certainly reaped the benefits of paying the extra for the pool heater. And having access to pool equipment (balls, floats etc) was great. The only regret was finding a stack of plastic ponchos in the garage a day before departure which we certainly would have benefitted from on some of the water rides in the park. However, this just further illustrates how everything has been covered. All bedrooms were well equipped with plenty of storage and having access to a computer with internet was an additional benefit. The cable TV (including Dvds) also provided the ability to recharge batteries after a tiring day. All it leaves me to say is thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful holiday home and we will certainly be recommending to friends and family if not returning ourselves sometime in the future. Thank you.

Unforgettable vacation in a nice american home


I was very satisfied with everything. Beautiful and comfortable home, all what you need is provided. Very clean and quiet. I got used to it very quickly and had a feeling that this is my house. I really liked all the rooms and furniture. Beds and sofas are so soft. Kitchen is fully equipped. Tv is in every room. Also, I found 2 details very good, that not every home has: computer and internet were provided, which is very convenient as well as free international calls, this is an unbelievably good service. 
The subdivision was super nice and quiet, I found this also important. Easy check-in and reservation proceedings. Optimal location for visiting Disney parks. Supermarket very close. If I had a home like this on every vacation in different places, then every vacation would be just perfect!!! Thank you Chris&Barb.

You just cannot fault anything about the villa , would recccommend 110%, outstanding villa in quiet location not overlooked and fab,fab,fab...

Fantastic


The house was wonderful with all amenties you could ever require.Pool was fantastic and used late into the evening by us all. Loved the pool area in the evening with plenty of lighting, view by pool was great. Beds were very very comfortable,shower and bathrooms were great. Everything was brilliant...we could not fault anything

Great villa and location .


Wonderful villa and very clean , our two grandchildren had a great time in the pool . The pool area was totally secluded and very private..
 Amenties in the villla were great from an abundance of towels to lovely comfy beds .
 Just like Home from Home except with the sun .

Awesome value!


This is a great rental for any family traveling to Orlando. Very clean house in a nice residential area. Close to Disney but approx 1/2 hour to get to Universal and Seaworld area. Takes a while because of I4 traffic so leave early! Only small issue was the aC. Master bedroom was very warm while the back bedroom with the twin beds was chilly. Also would have been nice to have had some extra trash bags but other than that great value and nice house. Pool was great too!!!

So good we stayed there twice...


Have to say as the title suggests this villa was so lovely we decided when we returned to florida in 2010 we would stay in it again. We first stayed there in 2009, and were very impressed. Its location was a huge plus only about 10-15 minutes from all the attractions and shopping outlets.
 The villa itself had everything a family would need, and we all loved the pool, which was totally private, couldnt get my then 5year old daughter out of it. 
Over all i would rate this villa as excellent, clean, tidy, easy to get to and like i said we have now stayed there twice in 2 years and if we were going to florida again this year i woul definitley stay there again.
