Excellent holiday. Many thanks to Patricija and Niksa for all their help and advice. They are a most helpful couple, nothing was too much trouble for them and it was a pleasure staying at their villa. 
The location is ideal, in the countryside but close to a wonderful small secluded beach, the airport, Cavtat and restaurants, traditional dancing and museum in Cilipi. It is central and easy travelling to many attractions including Budva, Kotor and bay in Montenegro, Trebinje in Bosnia and off course old town Dubrovnik (take the boat from Cavtat).
Thoroughly recommended and we hope to return in two years time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Antun and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this area of Croatia!

The Owners Patricija and Niksa are very kind and helpful giving great advise on what to do, where to go and what to avoid. We were greeted at the airport by Niksa who helped us with our luggage and helped us source our hire car where we then followed him back to the villa to avoid getting lost. We were then met by Patricija who welcomed us into the villa and spent some time talking about the local area and giving us some great advice for our stay!

We were gifted a bottle of wine our arrival along with fruit and some cake, and on our departure found gifts and a letter from the owners which was a nice touch!

The location has easy access to Cavtat, Dubrovnik ; Montenegro however I would suggest that a car is essential for the area.

Overall we felt that this was outstanding value for money, a great apartment, friendly &amp; helpful owners and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this area of Croatia!

We really enjoyed our holiday here. The owners were accessible and very helpful, arranging visits to the local winery, sports activities and restaurants. They could not have been more helpful and deserve full praise for their attention to detail.

The house is private and quiet and off the beaten track - which suited us very well. Not a venue for the rowdy party-goer (go into Cavtat or Dubrovnik if you want that) but the excellent facilities of a private pool, BBQ area and quite walks in the woods nearby was idyllic for our needs. You certainly need to hire a car, although the airport is very close and the owners offered to collect and drop us off if we needed. The decoration is a bit dated but this adds to the charm and character and we felt very relaxed in the setting and premises. There are several interesting facilities nearby for horse riding, sports and other amusement but these need to be booked in advance as does the outstanding restaurant that Patricija will recommend (and make your booking). 

We felt this was outstanding value for money and just the holiday destination we needed. But this will not suit everyone and you have to travel a little for entertainment and activities. For tranquillity and peace with great facilities, this is the spot! a great palce to get away yet so handy to Dubrovnik, the airport and Montenegro as well as the busy port and swimming/boating at Cavtat. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at the villa, welcomed by a friendly couple who offer complimentary wine and are always at the end of the phone - especially when you run out of drink ... wink wink! 

Very minor issues with the property like finishing touches for example plugs sticking out the wall and not a great choice of drinkware I.e glasses/mugs etc... 

Great secluded area with no one bothering you AT ALL!!! There are cats in the local area some are friendly and some are just scared but enjoyed letting them have some treats.

Overall 10/10 would and will definitely use again.

Excellent friendly hosts- nothing is too much trouble. Very well equipped and maintained. Location very convenient for airport , supermarket, petrol station, restaurants. Easy access to Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Montenegro and Bosnia. Car is essential preferably an SUV as there is as yet a steep, unmade drive.
Occasional aircraft noise on some days but not a problem. 
Lots of space and seating, indoors and out. Lovely pool - take own pool towels. Birdsong, cherry and plum trees, unbelievably starry skies.

With 2 (9 months and 2.5) young children this was a perfect place to stay. Close to the airport and much quieter than the likes of Dubrovnik but near to the fantastic town of Cavtat which has regular boats to Dubrovnik. Apartment suited us perfectly, having the pool was essential as the rocky beaches are not really suitable for young children and kept us both cool and entertained.

Owners are the perfect hosts, very friendly and gave us lots of advice with regards to things to do. Patricia's English is superb and was always making sure we were okay and looked after.

Car hire definitely essential but nothing is too far away.

The Croatian people are very friendly and love children. Children under 6 essentially travel free on all public transport and we found restaurants to be very accommodating also. We got a taxi back from Dubrovnik which cost us about £35 for us all so very good value although Dubrovnik itself is fairly expensive.

Overall a great apartment and would thoroughly recommend as either a base to travel from or just to relax.

Great place to have nice and relaxing holidays.
Owners Patricija and Niksa are very helpful and wonderful people giving great help and good instructions what to do and where to go
Great location, near airport but still in the country side. Pool is great and there is everything You need in the Villa.
Villa is very near to Montenegro border and Bosnia-Herzegovina is not so far away.
Please follow Patricija advise, she know what to do and what not to do. Also restaurant ( she recommend was nice, good home made food in nice ambient. This time we were just as a couple but next time we will take some of our children or grandchildren with us. Hope next time is soon but for sure we will visit this Villa many times more in the future.

The property was as stated on the site, we found it great for 4 adults the owners are very attentive and knowledgable but not intrusive, although we had arrange car hire from the airport we was still greeted at the airport by Niksa so there was no way we would get lost, had a bottle of home made wine waiting for us and home made cake left a couple of days later and a leaving gift, so thoughtful. Cavtat is a beautiful place and an absolute must, the restaurant in the hotel konavle is very impressive and not over priced. All we would say is listen to the owners what they do not about the area is not worth worrying about. Highly recommend this for a peaceful rest or as energetic as you wish it to be, car is a must if you want to get about especially if like us you are only there for week and like to cram as much as possible.

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Its a spacious property with a fantastic pool which was immaculately presented. Patricija was lovely and made us feel very welcome with tips on where to go and what to do. The area is lovely with lots of nice places to eat and the locals are charming. Definitely visit Croatia again.

We spent a 2 week holiday here with car hire. It is a nice quiet private location, ideally situated for journeys to Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Gruda and Molunut. Equally great for days spent by the pool. There is an outdoor bbq area with sink and dishwasher which were a great way to stay outdoors whilst eating any meal. The owners live next door so if you require any info or help they are on hand, that said our privacy was not interrupted. Apartment was well equipped and clean with a welcoming bottle of wine. We could have stayed for longer!
