Lovely town house and the resort had good facilities.
The property had fast WiFi, cable Tv, great bed in master bedroom,and only downside was outside space at rear of the property is small.
We went to the pool on a night.
Great value accommodation which was ideal as the publix and other shops were in walking distance.
The resort sells good food but beer prices were expensive at 6 dollars a pint.
Gym, sauna, spa facilities are also good.
We had a great holiday overall.

We were absolutely happy with the place. The house was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was sufficiently furnished with to be completely at home. The pool area was excellent including the slides and the lazy river. It was close to everything including grocery shopping, restaurants, and theme parks. There were only two problems. I was not given a precise address for the office to check in. Only after I called a couple of phone numbers given, was I able to get it. Also, there was a lot of little ants crawling around in the house especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. One more minor problem was that the safety box didn't seem to work.

We visted July 2013, My wife and 2 daughters, 8 &amp; 2, all I can say is excellent.  At first you might think it is a bit out of the way, but not really, 15-20 mins drive from anything (traffic permitting).

Publix supermarket round the corner, bit costly, but about 3 miles down the road is a huge Walmart, which I would recommend for your Disney gifts, as half the price of the parks and any groceries you would need.

Mcdonalds, KFC and Petrol stations all round this area.

Overall the house was superb we had loads of space, plenty of toilets!!! Great for family.  When we did need maintenance, took a couple of phone calls to have someone turn up, but were apologetic and efficient for what we needed fixed and called when it suited us.

We hope to return in the next few years and will be booking this again for 3 weeks!!!

Lovely presented property with ample space for our family of 5. Neat and tidy on arrival with information to help make the best of the area. The balcony to the master bedroom was an unexpected suprise but could have been improved with some outdoor chairs/table to make good use of the space. (This would also have been useful for the small outdoor patio area) We did not have the lockbox number on arrival which you need to enter the property so make sure you get this from the owners before you leave. The kids loved having TVs in their room and the cuddly toys helped to make my youngest feel settled. Really good value for money compared particularly with European rentals - a real home from home.

A very comfortable home-from-home villa.  Plenty of room and well equipped.  We had a brilliant time here - its well positioned for all the parks, in a quiet area, but with easy access to all the restaurants/shops etc.  The games room/garage was great for the children when they werent in the lovely pool.  The owner was very helpful with my numerous questions before our holiday!  We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a small or large family.

Our stay in Orlando was perfect. The accomodation was immaculate and the facilities that we used were perfect. Everything was supplied within the unit plus the grocery store, nail salon were within walking distance. The drive each day to Disney and around was easy.
Staying in a townhouse in a community gated neighbourhood was definitely the best thing for us having two 10 &amp; 8 year old boys. It let us have freedom and flexibility. Also any issues (which we did not have) are corrected by staff 24 hours a day. We cannot fault our stay at Regal Palms, it was better than expected.

We have spend 5 days in this villa. very beautiful place, the villa was very clean, fully aircondition which was great after coming back from town in very hot days, as it was 39 degrees in middle of june. The only few things could be organised, like more acurate descripion when it comes to transfer from the airport to the villa. the total time of transfer its around 25-30 min but no one mention that you will have to go through vey high mountins to get to villas,through very small road, i have came with small two kids  4 and 2 and if i knew more about the road from the aiport to the villa then i would never take my kids, it was very high, very dengerous, other thing which is very important was the car. you must rent a car and make sure its 4x4 not just normal small car, as you will need it for that type of mountin road,there  was not microwave in the villa which was bit dissapointed because we had small child who need it a milk at night and she had to drink it cold, make sure you take good torch with you or candles as the electric will comes off at any time in day and night and you be left in the darkness, and the oven was not working as well, also satelite tv was not working , and no one came on time to fix it, that should be all done before guests arrive.
very good size swimming pool, it has been clean evey day. we have visited akkayah garden restaurant, food was very nice and service was very good.

i would say this place is suttible for young couple who want total privacy, beautiful surrounding, away from everything, who want to explore, who like high mountin and great adventure, defenietly not suttible for familys with small kids or older people.

i would recomed this place to frends and i already did. in place like this you actualy can hear your own heart beat, total peace and just the noice of the nature which is amazing.
we had great time,  and yes we was bit dissapointed beacause of those few things which was  not as it should be,but still we enjoy it.
