We had a great stay at 4 clifton with our family. Very good contact with Martin prior to arrival, and he was readily available during our stay. The house was lovely, with plenty of space to spread out and relax for our family. Youghal was a lovely town to visit, locals were all very friendly.

Really, really loved this house. I’m not sure what constitutes luxury in rentals but I would term this a very high quality home from home that wants nothing. Took a couple of days to get used to layout but cannot overstate how relaxing this house is, partly because of the (correct) point made by the owner that you don’t actually need a car to get to anything (including the very cute refurbished cinema should it rain), partly because of the ever changing sea view through all of the windows. I never understood what window seats were for prior to this holiday. Youghal itself is slightly a work in progress from a tourism point of view, but drowning in history and consistently excellent food (clancy’s good value) and drink. Our kids totally fell in love with the beach below the lighthouse which is a whole 20m walk away (ideal if a child happens to have fractured a bone the night before the holiday). this is one of 3 beaches within a stone’s throw of the house. Excellent. Oh and lovely owners.

Spent a week in Youghal at 3 Clifton. House is as advertised...amazing views of bay and ocean, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great location for day trips to Cobh, Kinsale, Cork City, Waterford and Ardmore. Enjoyed the historic town of  Youghal, lots of sunshine and beach walks!

We recently rented 3 and 4 Clifton for a family break away.  We had a very enjoyable stay and the houses provide everything you need &amp; more.  The children in our group (small &amp; large) got huge enjoyment "crabbing" at the quay. Martin &amp; Elise were on hand to deal with any questions or issues and were really responsive and quick in dealing with the couple of minor items that arose.  And as for those views - Incredible!   Would definitely recommend these houses &amp; hope to stay again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, view from first floor sitting was stunning looking directly on to the beach room was really spacious 2 huge bay windows with loads of cushions big L shaped sofa ideal for large group as there was 7 adults in our group .
Interior was really well laid out .
Lots of unexpected extras beautiful bunch of fresh flowers on dinning table loads of  condiments plus basics like tea bags sugar etc .
Most unexpected of all was bottle of red wine awaiting us which we thoroughly enjoyed on the front terrace listening to waves lapping on the beach perfect way to relax .
We will defiantly be back .

I booked Clifton 3 &amp; 4 for a family reunion of 16. Both houses were ideal, accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. All family members were extremely impressed and we would definitely book again for a longer stay next time.
