I will start off with a negative to get it out of the way, unfortunately we encountered a problem on arrival at the villa, we had been supplied with incorrect keycode numbers and the person who was our urgent contact was also incorrect, this was because the management company had been changed along with the codes and we hadn't been informed, we had to contact the owner directly in order for their new company representative to come round to the villa to let us in because the owners were also unaware of the new codes, this was frustrating because we had spent some time just trying to get in and then to find the owners number, once we were in the owner telephoned me to ensure everything was okay which was good of him especially as it was around 2am in England, however, once inside the villa we were more than happy, it is spacious and homely and a great base.  The jucuzzi and swimming pool were kept clean and the outlook over the lake was very relaxing, the outside area could do with a little work but all in all we were all very happy with both the accommodation and the pool area, there were 7 of us in our party and the villa was a great size for us all.

Apart from the hiccup of not being able to gain entry we had a lovely stay and would certainly go back to this villa and also recommend to others.

Unfortunately we arrived at this Villa very tired and worn out, only to find that the last person in the place had left the ensuite shower on full blast. As this had been weeks (we reckoned approx 6 weeks) prior to our stay the hot steam had caused major water damage of the whole upstairs area, there was thick mould and peeling paintwork all over the ceiling and walls. the stench was unbearable. The management company were called and we were asked to stay the night in the villa prior to moving on to another. We then had to all change our bedding as the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We did take photographs and early the next morning the management co came over and saw the damage and dirty sheets. I have to say that the management co were very quick to sort the problem out, the only other time we were in that Villa was to move out. The Villa itself was fine with good space and nice furniture although slightly more tired than the pictures. The problem was the damage, and the cleaning company.
We were relocated in another Villa, in Lake Berkley. This villa is a beautiful Villa in a beautiful location. A bit more pricey I believe, but really worth the extra. We all loved it there and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Crispy clean sheets and bedding and spotless throughout.

We have just returned From 14 nights in this villa in Liberty village.
On arrival I was very impressed with the size of the villa, There was 5 adults and two children in our party and this villa had more than enough space for us all.
The overall décor of the villa is very nice but I felt the place could do with a freshen up. Most of the doors and walls were marked and although it didnt effect our stay it was noticeable in most rooms in the house. The furniture in the house was all very lovely and comfortable which made it a nice place to relax at the end of the long days at the parks. I found check in/out  great and much easier than I have on previous visits to Orlando. The Actual area that the Villa is in is nice. it does seem quite residential but it was a good location for all attractions and most of the time quite peaceful, except on weekend when the neighbours a few doors down have pool parties which go on to the early hours and are very loud. The only two major down points I had with the villa were the pool area and the cleanliness of the villa. The pool is a lovely size and a nice area but the upkeep just doesnt seem to be there. They did have a girl come and check the chemicals and have a quick swish round with the net once a week but the actual pool seemed dirty, there was a slimy residue on parts of the floor. the tiles seemed stained and it just didnt feel like a clean pool. we couldnt eat outside in the evenings as the table was covered in mould obviously from where it hadnt been wiped over previously, I did try and clean it but I seemed to have been there a while. the inside of the house initially seemed nice and clean but when running a bath the first night I found hair in it and my daughter said the same about their shower. Overall we had a  lovely holiday and I would recommend this villa mostly because it is a good location. But I would say it is only good for a base to come back to on a busy holiday I feel that if we had of been spending all day here it may have been different.

This was our first trip to America and we were very apprehensive about booking things online and independently. We could not have been more pleased with this villa and the service which accompanied it. All communication was great and arrival instruction, and the manual in the villa were fabulous.  The villa appeared much bigger than the photos impression. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us for three weeks.  The pool was fabulous and the games room which kept kids and adults entertained. Plenty of pool and bathroom towels for everyone, loads of bedding and a very well equipt kitchen. With Walmart just up the road, self catering was really really easy. I loved the hundreds of cupboards upstairs to get rid of cases and shopping bags. The enormous washing machine and tumble drier meant I did not come home with 6 cases of washing too. The DVD player as not working whilst we were there and we were under the impression there was a computer in the house, not just Wifi, but luckily we had taken iPads. Overall, we would book this villa again, would recommend to friends, and had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

We have now stayed at this property 3 times and i am sure we will stay again, its the complete package and i would recommend this home to everybody that is looking to stay in the area.

The Property  is very nice we had a great time, there was enough room for everyone. There were a few things wrong, but nothing bad.

The first WOW! impressions from the whole family were matched by the wonderful stay we had in the house (well nearly). There was a vast amount of room that satisfied every member of the party. We had a very comfortable stay there and this helped towards us having a wonderful Christmas holiday in Florida. Sadly, the weather was on the chilly side for quite a few days and thus the pool did not reach a temperature that would allow us to use it comfortably. Any heat that the pool managed to gain was lost overnight due to the lack of a pool blanket. This was a shame as the rest of the accommodation was as good as we could of wished for. With normal temperature and a pool blanket, I would give it 10 out of 10.

I was disappointed that we were not able to swim in the pool as we expected.  While the management company said that the water was safe to swim in, I would not feel comfortable having my children swim in milky green water.  Not sure what happened since the owners sisters pool next door was crystal clear and inviting.  The management company said that they would be refunding the $50 I paid to heat the pool and spa since we were not going to use it.  I am still waiting...  The house was wonderful and very comfrotable.

The Tharpes have an excellent property with responsive management. Our outdoor grill was delivered as needed, when promised. Everything was in working order, although we could not master the light in the pool. Most importantly, our children were kept busy right up to the minute they zonked out at night. The wifi was a bit unreliable for us Windows users, but my grandson is an Apple user and did not get bumped off. All in all, great value for the price. We recommend this unit and will stay there in the future when visiting the Orlando area. Keep in mind: current wifi not good if youre bringing time-sensitive material from the office. If you have toddlers and want a nice, free water park, be sure to look up the Dr. Phillips Community Park.
